I want to thank Janade (do not know if this is the correct spelling, sorry) and leave a great review of this establishment. I was going to return an item back to the manufacturer for credit, i had not received a return label yet. I was going to simply pay for the shipping. Janade recommended I contact the seller one more time, and I did; because of this I saved quite a bit of money that was not going to be re-imbursible. Thank you for your patience and for your help.

I had the worst experience with one of the workers named “Shahid”. This was by far one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve ever encountered.
I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and he immediately told me he could not assist me simply because my husband had called earlier, which I wasn’t aware of. I explained that I needed to understand the process for international shipping before bringing in six heavy boxes, so I wouldn’t have to load and unload them unnecessarily. Despite this, he refused to explain the process, stating that they were closing soon and he had other tasks to finish.
I reminded him that I was still there during business hours and deserved assistance as a paying customer. He still refused until my husband arrived, at which point he reluctantly began to help but in a dismissive and unprofessional manner.
While we were trying to write down the information, he kept walking by to remind us, “We’re closing in 15 minutes,” then “We’re closing in 10 minutes,” as if rushing us out instead of helping us. His attitude was condescending, and at one point he even suggested that I should “figure it out” on my own.
By the end, it was clear he had no concern for our needs. The assistance he did provide was careless and unhelpful. When I asked for his name, he questioned why I wanted it and avoided giving it at first, which only made the situation worse.
This was truly one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Thank you FedEx for your exemplary customer service! We had a last minute print job and we kept finding errors on our part and they were so patient with us and completed the work same day. We highly recommend them for all your printing.

One Star – Frustrating Experience and Rude Service
I went to FedEx to use the self-printing service and it was a nightmare. What should’ve taken a few minutes ended up taking almost 20. When I asked an employee for help, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I explained how I wanted my documents printed, but not only did he ignore my request, he also printed them incorrectly. When I pointed it out, he snatched the papers from me in a very disrespectful way. Totally unnecessary and uncalled for. All I needed was 10 pages printed—this should’ve been simple, but the poor attitude made it an awful experience. I won’t be coming back.

They had the longest line and the scan and go wasn’t working. Janeen, the front lady, was all by herself and didn’t even know the scan and go wasn’t working, or worse, seem to care. Customers were holding heavy items and I had a quick scan and go QR code that should have been an in and out situation in a fully functional FedEx facility but the scan and go was frozen and non-functional. I stepped out of line to use it not knowing it wasn't working because there wasn't a sign or anything and the screen was lit up. Janeen just ignored me when I asked her if the Scan and Go was working because it seemed frozen. When I asked the second time she said, “it should be” very non-chalantly and didn’t even come to take a look. Well, I don’t work for FedEx but I could have told you it “should be” working. I had to re-enter the line I stepped out of and still Janeen didn’t say something like, I will help you, or anything to that effect. I was 3rd in line when I got out and after all of that I went back and was 6th in line.

Shahid went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute flyer print job late on a Saturday. He made sure the double-sided flyers were beautifully printed and ready for pickup on Sunday, even calling to let me know. He was kind, professional, and truly cared—I’ll definitely return to this FedEx because of him!

S acted like I was trying to cut the line then I stood in line three times and not given the correct information . I was just trying to mail some documents and they didn’t tell me tell the third time I didn’t a physical ID. Once I got Lance he provided good information and had good customer service

I brought two boxes to ship to Japan. Shahid helped me repack items to save significant shipping fees. Thank you for your above-and-beyond customer service. Nowadays, it is hard to find this level of customer service!
This FedEx location will be the go-to place for all of my shipping and printing needs in the future.

Lance is fantastic!!, he absolutely prioritized my concerns, gave me knowledgeable guidance, and had a sense of urgency in effectively taking care of multiple customers at once. My visit was brief but his admirable attitude and willingness to help left a great impression!
