This will be the FedEx location I visit from now on. Ray's customer service is exemplary. He took the time to ask detailed questions to ensure my package was protected. Also offering me additional options which I appreciate! The biggest call out was that Ray was genuine which you don't see too often anymore. Thanks, Ray!

I came in with an important printing job that needed to be done asap for work. Ashley & Ray were so helpful and kind- Ray dedicated his time to helping me get the job done even while juggling other important orders and customers. They were extremely positive, hardworking and just a joy to be around. Would definitely come back to this location based on the customer service!!

My wife and I came in right around closing. Ashley was amazing! Helped us quickly and efficiently. She was able to show us everything we needed for our order, helped us get everything squared away for pick up tomorrow. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A+++ Bravo Ashley! Amazing staff! I had a few mishaps in my printing (totally my fault) and the team didn't hesitate to help me. I had a deadline and was able to meet it with their help. Thank you so much Ray and Ashley!

I have a package I have the QR code says I have to pay NOTHING they will package, print label and ship it back to seller yet this FedEx wants me to pay for a box to ship it. That’s so stupid if it says they will do it all why do I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA!?

Self-serve printing kept failing. The employee tried their best to help, but they were the only one here with 8 customers in the store.

Poor customer service the manager walks around talking about how hangry she is and how she isn't feeling it I asked for help multiple times before she finally gave me a poor attitude then made me wait 45 minutes before she could print 8 pieces of paper

My mom passed away and I came into the store to print out some obituaries. I was so burdened with grief and sadness and yet I still had to get things done. Ashley Ozan took charge and helped me form my thoughts and she was sympathetic to what I was going thru. She was kind to me. Patient with me. And she understood what I wanted done and she assisted me to the end and it was a total success! Fast forward a month later, one of the Pastors at my church gave me an assignment in the church which called for me to create and print out a Sign Up Volunteer Sheet, the first place I thought of was FedEx Ms. Ashley! I went to her and once again, she didn’t disappoint! I kind of showed her what I wanted done and she worked her magic and walla! Another satisfied customer! The Bishop and First Lady loved the Sign Up Sheet! Thanks to Ashley! As long as Ashley is working here, this will be my go to place! Thanks Ashley for all you do! I truly appreciate you and your service.
