Carloz was and is fantastic. The staff are very hard-working and kind. I make a lot of copies here. Wish machines were working better as there always seems to be an issue with the machines getting jammed or whatever and it is hard to get help at times. Customers will come to the machine and mess around with cel-phones etc. whatever they are 'trying' to do in order to make their copies just holding the line/s up. Maybe, they can police-watch the machines to ensure there are no issues and-or add an additional machine. 21 cents a copy seems high. 15 cents would be more than fair. Adds up very quickly. Carloz went out of his way to help me and even place documents in boxes he put together to help me get them back home. I was/am in so much pain.

I visited this store today and was so pleased with my experience! Monique, who is the Assistant Manager, was so helpful and kind. She made ordering my specialty print job so easy! Not only that, but I could tell that there was an atmosphere of “helps” in the entire place! Every person was helpful and they all worked so well together. Almost like a family. I have high praises for them! Thank you so much, Monique and Team!

They are the absolute best team. I am there once a month for calendars and they are always quick, efficient, and good customer service. Ms Monique is the sweetest and she always helps me. Eric is very professional and gets the job done. The store manager is down to earth and helps his team.

Don’t waste your time here, if you have a question , better Google or customer service, the lady here won’t help at all, call customer service, basically she’s just there to grab packages already pay for , any questions or concert she won’t help at all

First time visiting this establishment and Monique (I believe she is the assistant manager) was not only sweet and very nice, she was also extremely helpful, informative, and patient, I really can’t say enough good things! She went above and beyond and took the time to help me find the best solution for my shipping needs, amazing customer service!

Leaving a note of thanks to Jackson and Carloz. I was a little reluctant to come to this location after originally calling this location. Upon arrival, the team was more than attentive and helpful. I needed tape to properly close one side of the package and Carloz was more than generous is sharing the dispenser. When Jackson noticed an extended wait time, Jackson stepped in to help and opened another line. Likewise, Jackson was very patient and I handed the dispenser back and the weight almost fell onto someone. Jackson also helped me properly seal the package and ensured the right label was scanned. During this time of year, sometimes the human touch is lost. Appreciate the support, teamwork, collaborative communication, and attentiveness of the team.
