Leaving a note of thanks to Jackson and Carloz. I was a little reluctant to come to this location after originally calling this location. Upon arrival, the team was more than attentive and helpful. I needed tape to properly close one side of the package and Carloz was more than generous is sharing the dispenser. When Jackson noticed an extended wait time, Jackson stepped in to help and opened another line. Likewise, Jackson was very patient and I handed the dispenser back and the weight almost fell onto someone. Jackson also helped me properly seal the package and ensured the right label was scanned. During this time of year, sometimes the human touch is lost. Appreciate the support, teamwork, collaborative communication, and attentiveness of the team.

I was that customer sliding in during the final moments before closing time, and there was a line inside. Carloz was moving it like a one man show. He greeted me along while helping out people in front of me, ON TOP of the person he was already helping - all while still being completely hospitable and attentive. There was also another time Carloz was working around the same evening time, was just as helpful. Y'all need to give Carloz a raise.

I have been coming to this location since 2017. It is always nice to have consistent great customer service. Eric is always helpful, courteous, and very thorough. 3 years later, Mr. Jason, store manager, courteous, professional and excellent customer service! I went twice to this location this week. Assistant manager Matt has been excellent in helping me with my important documents i needed. Matt was very attentive and helpful. I could not ask for better assistance. Kudos Matt! Fed Ex needs to recognize what an asset you are for their company. Thank you Matt!!!

I generally do not write reviews and this review is actually not about shipping and/or packaging. However, I obviously went to this location to do both. This is a review just to say thank you to Alicia, a worker at the front desk. I went there having a terrible day..actually the worst day. To say that I was on edge is to play down how I was feeling; however, Alicia handled me with professionalism, grace, but more importanly with an open heart! She truly was an angel in disguise. Having a job in customer service is an extremely difficult job; especially having to navigate the 1000 different personalities that come in a day. Thank you for handling my personality with care! She is a rare gem.

Had the worst experience ever today with Fedex! I was unaware that everytime you insert your card in the printer their is a "hold" of $10 who tf does this they took $40 dollars and all I did was print one page! According to the Old hag that answered the phone the transaction will fall off in 48hrs. The most annoying part of this is the fact that when you call to ask why they took $40 dollars for one page, they act as if how dare you ask these questions since there is a tiny little written notice, only visible to the cockroaches of that building btw! CAVEAT EMPTOR, you need to bring your magnifying glass and read all fine print because the workers there are only there to ride the clock. Its YOUR FAULT! and dont think they will care or pretend to care because the customer service training was not given No Empaty at all.
