Due to errors on my end, our restaraunt was without menus HOURS before our grand opening.
This is where Jacob saved the day, helping me rush 15 copies of waterproof 11x17 double sided menus.
Not only did he make sure this came out trimmed and pristine, he even caught a typo I had made which could have potentially botched the night.
If all goes well with the opening, I definitely owe Jacob. Free meal on me !

I want to take a minute to say that Melissa is absolutely the BEST customer service professional I have worked with for quite a long time. This past Valentines Day, I needed a picture developed to put in a frame. I walked in, showed her my frame and matting, then sent her the picture I needed to fit. She clearly explained what she could do with the card-stock, and said she could adjust size to fit the frame. When I returned later in the evening, everything was ready and looked amazing. THIS is the type of person I would want to work with on any project! Thank you Melissa for making Valentines Day 2024 very special!

Melissa saw me starting to look for the right size box to ship my retail return in and promptly offered to help me find an appropriately sized shipping container. She showed me how to use the ship & go kiosk and packaged the box with my items in it while I completed the process at the kiosk. She then showed me that my item was safely and securely packed before sealing the shipping envelope and placing the label that I brought to her from the kiosk. Overall my experience was senseless and quick, and it is all owed to Mellisa’s exceptional customer service and kindness. I will prioritize this location for all of my future FedEx needs because of the positive experience I had today.

This review has nothing to do with the staff (they were great), but everything to do with the services offered. I did not realize how superior UPS was to Fedex in terms of services offered. It was almost a dollar per mile to get something "overnighted" aka 4 day eta for a destination 2 hours away. Just go to UPS.

Terrible customer service. The staff were extremely rude and only wanted to take drop off shipments. If you need to actually ship something and not just drop off go to another shipping service.

I don't typically deal with FedEx but you have to go where instructed when returning an item. Was attempting to return a large carpet and they weren't able to help me wrap or box it. Very annoyed. Only able to give me the label but that didn't really help. The location was nice but I'm about convenience and not having my time wasted. This was a waste of time.
