8 p.m. tonight I walked into the JFK location near airport, thinking my box missed its deadline, but my box will actually still arrive tomorrow morning, per tracking… Bonus points for the cheerful “Merry Christmas” that greeted me from the busy-but-smiling employee in her festive Santa hat :)

Making me buy an entire roll of tape to tape a box opening 12” long is ridiculous. I am shipping a thousand dollars worth of boxes.

Yvette was amazing after our we scheduled a pick up with FedEx and they canceled the pick up I had to drive to the JFK location to insure my patients got there medication. Yvette thank you again for treating me with a smile and helping me with all my package you are the best !!!

Rude customer service. I sent a package there on 11/12/2024. The lady assisting the driver who brought the package refused to scan it, claiming she couldn’t do so without any clear reason. I had to pay for an Uber to return the package to my warehouse. I then decided to take it home and planned to bring it to the office the next day. Fortunately, as I was arriving home, I saw a FedEx driver delivering packages to my neighbors. I handed him the package, and he was able to scan it without any issues. Very disappointed!

Someone hit my parked car in the employee’s parking lot and didn’t leave any contact information so a police report was filed and will be considered a hit and run so if you work here at this location be careful where you park your vehicle and invest in a dash camera ,I’ve seen broken glass in one parking spot like someone may have had their vehicle broken into

They came through for us through crunch time. It's not really easy to find at night through the busy airport traffic and that's why I gave 4 stars. However, other than that, the staff was nice, the place was clean and our package got where it needed to be. I will return here if I need to.
