This place is disgusting. I have been here since Sunday 11 AM and I am still not getting loaded when I checked in they told me we will call you when it’s ready, but they didn’t call me back after that. I went to the office and ask them they told me your trailer is ready after you dropped it off like two or three hours but that’s why you didn’t call me. You told me we will call you when it’s ready. They told me there’s nobody here. Tell me stuff like that and then after I picked up my trailer I have two straps missing.

They helped me fax some papers and made the process so easy never knew how to fax stuff until the day I went here I now go there any time I need to print or fax paper work to anyone

They take 23hr to unload 5pallets whenever I go to the office they told me that they are working on my load this is worst facility I ever seen in Houston tx

this is the worst linehaul office I've ever dealt with while working with FedEx. we're in a dedicated run, we're here the same days every week and still its a fight to get dispatched from here. there is never anyone in the office. no one ever answers the phone. the yard is small and hard to maneuver.

one star because you can't give zero, 02/10/23 I arrived around one in the afternoon they told me that if I wanted to leave I should leave the trailer they called me because since I live nearby so I did it at 10 at night I went to see what was happening because they still hadn't called me when I arrived I was surprised that two hours ago it had already been unloaded and the Reefer was still on, gentlemen, watch the video and review so you can see what they are capable of, I had to return again to to clean my trailer

Always acceptable. Some employees are easier to speak with, but all get the job done. Sometimes there's a wait, but that's nothing the employees can control.
