Ordered Thermadore package Sept 3rd. Now it’s Dec 4th still no wall oven and had to find the refrigerator from another store. Fergusons refused to refund full price of refrigerator even though they didn’t have it bc they said it was part of a package. Horrible customer service. A joke

Great showroom with many options. Highly recommend asking for Ethan! He was very helpful throughout the selection and purchasing process. Would return to this location for future needs

-8/6/2025: Placed an order for some ceiling fans, website and sales rep said they would deliver in 3-5 business days
-8/15/2025: No delivery, followed up with them to see where the fans were, was told now the fans would be shipping out 8/18 instead.
-8/19/2025: Still not shipped
-8/22/2025: Still not shipped
-9/2/2025: Finally delivered.
What should have taken a week instead took 1 month, massively delaying our renovations. In hindsight, should have just ordered from Home Depot or Lowe's.

Had a great experience at Ferguson. Visited as part of remodelling project. We were helped by Kelsey who we found to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We were referred to this place by the remodeling company we are working with on our bathroom, and I’m not really sure why. We went to scope things out informally and were lightly scolded for not having an appointment by the girl at the front desk. Then said she would put us on a waitlist for somebody to help us. We made a few laps around the store, then the same girl approached us and asked how we were doing. We responded “Good! Just soaking it all in.” She quickly got out a “Let us know if you change your mind!” and walked away. I am still confused over what she meant. Nobody ever did come by to guide us around, despite numerous folks hanging around at desks seemingly not busy. Giving the place two stars because it was at least helpful to see all the different styles out there, but definitely going through Wayfair and other vendors. Same stuff for a fraction of the price.

Kelsey Muñoz is the best. I had a general idea of what I wanted, she had me in and out in 25 minutes after selecting all shower, bath, toilet, valve and sink options. She really knows the inventory.

I must to concur with poor customer service reviews. When I walked in, the woman at the front desk asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I indicated I was looking for a bathtub. I sat in 10 to 15 bathtubs and not one person spoke or offered assistance. The location is convenient to my home but I have to purchase elsewhere simply because of poor customer service on the front end; I can’t imagine how poor customer service is after you purchase. Unfortunate.

It was such a great experience today with my remodel clients, picking out appliances, plumbing, and hardware with rep Kelsey Munoz. She is extremely knowledgeable about all brands, and she also goes the extra mile and also tells you how to keep the appliance working great after it is installed. I think my clients really appreciated her deep dive into some brands and were happy with their selections. I would not hesitate to use Ferguson and Kelsey again with other clients. It was stress-free for my clients who were a little nervous picking out a washer and dryer and panel refrigerator, such lofty choices, but Kelsey made it easy by breaking down the pros and cons of their main options.

We had a very good experience at Ferguson’s. Michael made picking out all the fixtures for our primary bathroom remodel very easy. The combination of his listening to what we liked and his knowledge of his product lines, made a task we had not done in decades, and enjoyable experience.
