I'm up to date on my bill and still cannot get a delivery. Paid for a monitor last year which was working out great for the first couple of fills. I'm at6% and my on line order is being denied. I miss federal petroleum. Is anyone else encountering a similar situation?

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ferrellgas while trying to get a propane refill. I believe it is important to share my experience so that others are aware of the unreliability and unprofessionalism of this company.To begin with, I initially requested a propane refill a week ago, and they failed to show up as promised. Understandably frustrated, I called back to reschedule, and they assured me that they would be out the following day. However, once again, they failed to keep their word.Upon contacting them again, Ferrellgas claimed that they were having issues with their system and rescheduled the appointment once more. With a glimmer of hope, I patiently waited for their arrival. Regrettably, they failed to show up yet again, causing further inconvenience and frustration.Desperate for a resolution, I called Ferrellgas for the fourth time, explaining the ongoing situation. They reassured me that they would definitely send someone out this time. However, given their track record, I had lost faith in their ability to fulfill their promises.Unsurprisingly, when I called back in the early afternoon for a status update, they claimed the driver was only four stops away. I cautiously held onto a sliver of hope. Nevertheless, as you may have guessed, they once again failed to show up.At this point, it became evident that Ferrellgas is not a reliable company to depend on for essential services. Their repeated failures to fulfill their commitments have caused significant inconvenience and distress. As a customer, it is disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism and reliability.I share my story in the hope that others will be cautious when considering Ferrellgas for their propane needs. It is unfair for anyone else to go through the same ordeal I have endured. This kind of unreliable service reflects poorly on the company and should be a warning sign for potential customers.I strongly advise seeking alternatives to Ferrellgas to ensure a more reliable and professional service. No one should have to endure the frustration and disappointment that I have experienced with this company.

Ferrel gas and staff can care less about customers. Miss days and refuse to come out. Do yourself and your business a favor. Pick anyone other than ferrel gas.

Tried to get delivery, they gave over two week delivery window. When called customer service and told how low we are they said delivery wednesday, it was tuesday when i called and weds came and went no delivery. Thought rain issues so waited til thursday to see if delivered, nope. Called friday was told would call back after checking, it was 11am, no call back so i called at 2pm told they would tell manager when return from lunch, no call back and they closed at 4;45 pm when i called back.Been getting ran around by them my tanks super low may not last until monday. Mercaptan smell every where and in my moms apartment and very strong.Got tired of calling computer so hit lots buttons until emergency services ferrel gas answered. They seemed to want to help and actually got us a delivery saturday but added $200 fee for weekend. Didnt say anything at time about that. Plus had anyone called me back and just told me couldnt deliver for whatever reasons i could have ordered regular fee propane from another local propane dealer. But since i tried to stay with ferrell i got hosed. And charged even more money, like i can afford this.Not happy with ferrel gas think i need a new propane delivery provider.

I ordered gas 2 weeks ago and prepaid, still hasn’t been delivered. Then the lady stated that I would not run out of propane, ok I know that, but I still need my tank filled. They expect payment in 24 hours, but you can’t expect them to ever fill it simply because they are lazy and do not want to drive. They are a joke. They also over filled my tank last time and expected me to pay the difference. They ended up eating the cost, so I had to BE SURE they would not do it this time so I wouldn’t have to go through that hassle again. I also wrote it in big letters on my tank the amount of gallons I paid for, I know they are lazy, let’s hope they aren’t incompetent too. I was also hung up on the minute it turned 5pm, these people are worthless.

Finally.., I found the BEST company in Houston TX. Ferrellgas!!!Perfect service, Always on TIME, Very friendly staff, and Great Customer service, Ferrellgas-Team I would like to say Thank You!!!I am strongly recommending (Ferrellgas #1 Company)!!!

Horrible service. We are a national account customer for Ferrellgas, and they can't seem to keep our location serviced. We have to call every time to request a delivery even though we're on their automated deliver service. We've requested additional tanks to fill our existing cage multiple times, and they have not delivered them. We've reported that we need to adjust our delivery to be more frequent, and they have yet to do so. They also say they'll call you back or the customer service manager will call, but they never follow through. On multiple occasions I've had to call again and completely start over explaining the problem because their customer service reps don't take the notes on the account like they're supposed to.

Horrible service. You cannot get in touch with anyone, the manager of the Customer service dept in Houston Tx seems to be out all the time, or they just don't want to handle issues that seem to plague this location. No call backs. We have had Ferrel Gas/propane delivery to our house for a few years now, but it has never really been quality service. Recently today we have called again to see where our delivery is under the automatic refill that hasn't been since last Dec 2021.We called last week,were told oh you should have delivery this week Monday. Monday, Tuesday came and went called Wednesday and was told not till next Tuesday. We are at 10% in tank.Explained this to Customer Service person who is where ever in the US,and asked to expedite this to a supervisor and expedite delivery. Called Today Friday-2/11/22 to see if a delivery, the CS person oh not till next Thursday. Asked for a manager or Supervisor to call us again, and found out the Houston Tx one is out today,so she cant call back till Monday. Surely there is an Operations Manager, or Company Manager at this site who would take care of issues when this CS Manager is out? Asked her now what do we do since we hardly have any propane to run heat, and our appliances she just said no one to call, and see if another propane company will fill tank,and hung up. Don't count on them for delivery or their automatic refill watch, probably the monitor is a joke, as who is watching besides you? Really at this point I am tired of hearing no drivers, cant get this or that. We run a servicing business and if I used that excuse every week, I would not have a business. It has been 2 years to get yourself together,and work on a plan to get things covered.

DO NOT USE FERRIL GAS!! The 5 stars is just to get attention!! DO NOT USE THEM!! I used them for two years and then all of a sudden they decided my propane tank was too close to a dwelling (which is actually a shed and it was 10 feet away). Instead of calling me to let me know this information, I went a week expecting them to deliver and they did not. They took my money out the day I called to request a delivery but when they did not see it fit to give me propane they kept my money and was not planning on calling me to let me know of the situation or try to give me a refund. When I finally got a hold of someone (a call center in Houston when I live in Norman, Oklahoma), they informed me of the situation and when I asked to speak with a manager they couldn't transfer me and told me to call back or someone would call me (which never happened). Every time I called their number I sat on the phone for no less than 30 minutes each time just waiting to talk to someone. Their emergency line is not any better, I waited an hour to speak to someone on it. When I finally got someone from the call center to let me sit and wait for a manager to be available in my area, I waited about 10 minutes and she came back on the line and said the manager was still on the phone that she would have her call me and instantly hung up. I absolutely hated dealing with them! I never got to speak with anyone in my area!! Very poor company!! DO NOT USE FERRIL GAS!

Very accommodating ! Technician worked very hard to install my new service . approx 5 1/2 hours . Original installation was going to be next week. Due to approaching Mortgage closing deadline, installation was moved up to today ! Awsome ! What a Blessing.

We switched over to Blue Rhino and we have had just as many problems with them . I have been requesting a third cage since August of 2018 and still have not got one. I have to call every time to get my two cages filled . I requested to be on a two week rotation and they can't even handle that.
