I have been coming to this fiesta location for almost a month and Friday Oct 11 a security guard stopped me telling me I need to leave my backpack at the front. I explained to them that I have been coming here for a month and nobody says anything to me but you. I have no reason to steal. I always get the sandwich and the chips soda combo for 4.99. No my bag stays with me as I have medicines in here and other items. Nobody would have watched my bag or say anything had it would have came up missing. I will be calling corporate and you just lost a customer. Not every BLACK PERSON steals.

For a gringo like me I was a little lost in this store. But the assistant manager Nancy was very helpful and respectful in directing me to exactly what I was looking for.

I visited Fiesta to purchase items for my kids, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was double charged for some items, and when I asked for a receipt or requested to check the cameras, the staff denied my request.
One employee, a girl named Nancy (wearing glasses), was unhelpful, and another male employee refused to provide his name and even ran away when asked. This behavior feels dishonest and gives the impression that they are taking advantage of customers.
I strongly urge Fiesta’s corporate office, HR, and management team to investigate this issue and take appropriate action against these employees. Customers should feel safe and respected, not misled or scammed. Photos are available to identify the staff involved.

Very crowded inside. Have long lines at check out. . Outside in the parking lot some are driving like crazy. Just be careful

Every time I come to this place it is the same bad customer service. There are 10 boxes and only 4 work, consequently the lines take longer than going to get your products. EPD Mart #39 don't be so abusive and hire more staff

Convenient to my home, but prices are typically higher on some items than other stores. But they do have some really great sale prices on alot of items.

They open early at 6:30 am, very convenient, you can find everything at good prices, fresh vegetables and fruits.

I visited this location three times in the same week before I decided to write this review. I made several purchases from the deli and seafood department and the young ladies customer service is very poor, they are very rude they don't acknowledge you when you walk up they keep speaking in their language and don't offer to assist you, very unprofessional Josefa and Adrianna.
I did speak to the front end manager
Kevin about the young ladies unprofessional behavior in hopes that in the future the service would be better.
