This location is larger than many other locations and the service was excellent. They had a great bakery too. The store was very clean and had a great variety.

I been coming to this fiesta since we moved to the area almost 7 yrs ago today I went to the meat department to get some beef that comes with a little bit of bone since I was making soup today but I ask the worker to please pick the pieces that had a little bit more of meat and less bone, well that turned into a very uncomfortable and embarrassing moment for me when the man told me that he couldn't do that that he was gonna get fired and that if he did it other people were gonna get the bones and they will be mad ? I told him to give me just 3 pounds but he proceeded to be passive aggressive towards me saying that if I didn't like the way he was doing his job I should live or get the pre-package meat in a very disrespectful tone, he gave me my order and asked me what was my job and tried to I guess make an example with me to what I answered "look I am a customer and I'm paying for the meat I want, so just do your job and stop complaining and getting all personal with me because that's non of your business" To which he just responded with an ok.
This type of people just don't like their job and they take their problems with the customers, we as customers don't deserve this type of behavior and I'm not going back to this place again.

The black security guard at the door is racist. I've been in this store twice this week with the same backpack on but all of a sudden I'm told I can't have my backpack in the store. I was going to the hot food area to sit down and wait for my daughter get off the bus.

Worst experience I’ve had there today 4/8. Went in with my personal bag that I have my wallet, keys, and seizure medication. I was stopped by security saying that I need to put my bag in a locker because someone had just stolen deodorants. I refused to put my bag with my personal belongings in a locker and was asked to leave. It’s not my problem they don’t have better security, cameras, or locking items. I felt extremely embarrassed. I live in the nearby neighbourhood and now I know why I don’t shop there. Awful experience. Please set up your security so you don’t loose revenue, that’s y’all’s problem.

Yesterday I visited The Fiesta on Myaka road(Houston). I picked up some stew meat. Today my Mom called me and said that the meat smelled funny while cooking. I called them but the phones was on the blink. No answer. So I called the Fiesta on Telephone Rd and Belfort. This young lady was so nice and pleasant her customer service was over and beyond. I was able to speak with her and she advised me to bring the meat to them they will honor all Fiesta as long as I have the receipt. And I did. She greeted me with a smile I was able to get my fresh meat and leave. And the store was super nice and clean. Thanks Krystal. Assist Manager. U deserve a raise

I just came from Fiesta on Belfort and the store was not open by 7:30 am all because they cash office person was not there. This is unacceptable, if my money is not good enough for Fiesta, I will go to Krogers.

Half employees speak no english . All products on bottom shelves are large volume products, higher prices of course.Smaller sizes on top shelves, lower prices. Whellchair or scooter disabled can not reach up that high. Products out of stock. Needs a good scrubbing also. Tell hispanic cashiers not to discuss problems at time of check out in spanish if customer is not speaking in spanish. Rude. Some prices are way to high. Kroger beats them. Oh well. You asked.
