I am only giving this place a 5 star only because of the young lady I met today. I don’t write reviews it’s a waste of time but I met Maria Jose I asked for her name she was walking and I asked her if she could help me choose some items, my husband is Mexican and I am Asian so I am new to this type of store. She was so kind and was smiling all the time while explaining I think she was on her break I was so apologetic but she kept insisting on helping it brings me joy to see such young people be so positive and helpful it was a wonderful experience I hope that when I come back I come across her again to apologize for taking up her break time, other than that I am thankful to know this store has an employee like her, 好工作!!!!

I've been coming to this store, for two years now. I want to attend my thank you to Chris the store front end Manager. He is so kind, patient, professional and informative. Everytime I come, I see how he helps me and other people. It's hard to find good Customer Service, but I found it here at Fiesta #7. I've been to two others and there not as kind to me as this one. I come to purchase School uniforms and food. Chris always there to help. Thank you Chris, keep up the wonderful work. God bless you and your Family 🙏

I was at the checkout counter. the clerk at the counter ripped off my Flour bag unintentionally as he was trying to give it to me. He asked his manager Johanna or whatever her name is to bring another one. when she came to the counter she told me I am giving you 2 options either void it or go get another one in a very rudely manner. How can you hire someone like that as a manager. someone who doesn't know how to deal with the customer even if it is the staff mistake. She deosn't deserve to be a manager. if the owner or the management can see my review. please work on your customer service, I know you are busy making money. people come there to buy stuff. don't be racist and treat everyone equally. and please fire this lady I don't know how she is there as a manager.

This store is my favorite, I have been a customer for so many years and I always leave very happy after shopping here. Every manager is very nice and sure make you feel at home. Cashiers are nice good customer service

I shop at this store a few times a month for cat food. The lines are always absurdly long, no one working there speaks English, and there are no self-checkout lines. It's very 3rd world. It's near the house so it's convenient but I don't shop groceries or anything else here because the service is 3rd rate. My neighborhood is very diverse. (Latino, African, Arab, Anglo, etc.) So why their staff is Latino only is very bizarre. Also, if you look though these reviews, many people complain about the lines. Yet Fiesta does nothing about them. Also, if the cashier needs to go to the restroom, they just close the register. No manager will fill in. They just send everyone to another long line to wait. Absurd.

Fiesta in Houston is a great spot for picking up a variety of groceries, especially if you’re looking for international or Latin American products. The store offers a wide selection of fresh produce, meats, and specialty items that are hard to find elsewhere. It can get pretty crowded at times, but the staff is friendly and the prices are generally cheaper than other stores. However, the parking lots could use more regular cleaning (negative one star from here). If you're looking for authentic ingredients or a more cultural shopping experience, Fiesta is definitely worth checking out.
