Good luck getting an appointment. They will hopefully answer their phone, but then tell you that they're too busy to help you. I called at 9:15am (15 mins after opening), they took my name and number to call me back because they were "really busy". I called again at 4:45pm (no return call throughout the day) and when I tried to make an appointment this time, they said they needed to call back another customer. I'm not sure which customers they have because their scheduler doesn't seem to want to book anyone. Look elsewhere.

I had warranty work needed on my LG OLED TV and Tony performed the service. Tony was pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was and why the problem occurred. I would highly recommend!

LG TV told me they contracted a TV repair person who would arrive at a certain day and time to fix my TV. When no one showed up, I called LG and they admitted they made a mistake and only notified the repair store that day, so no one was scheduled yet. They said I could call Fine Tuning, the repair store, and set up an appointment myself. I did, and even though it wasn't their fault that they weren't notified to repair my TV, Tony, who picked up the phone, said he would arrive in 20 minutes. He did! He analyzed the problem quickly, fixed it, and patiently showed me how to use the remotes which he had reprogrammed. It was amazing service, and the second a TV breaks again, I will call Tony at Fine Tuning!!

Knowledgeable and current on new technology. Employees are courteous, professional, & leave work area clean. We chose this company due to their immediate identification of issues (antiquated, high maintenance system) installed by prior contractor which came with house 10 years ago. Fine Tuning had some excellent suggestions on how to remedy.

This place is a joke, my tv is less that 1.5 yrs old. After LG had them come put it up for repairs and what was supposed to be only a panel issue is now worse. TV looks like it's 12 years old, you can literately see where the opened the panel up and replace with the new one. The accents on the sides are all scratched up. The back cover is not covered properly, remote has to be paired every-time you power down the TV and you leave it powered down for a few hours. No reason why I should have to re-pair the remote ever time I power down the TV. When I first noticed this, they told me to replace the battery with brand new once and pair again that it should resolve the issue. Ha that did not work. A $4900 Device almost useless. Best believe me this is not the last of it, I will wait to see what LG decides to do and if not satisfactory, I am taking them to court .
