JD Sports offers a cool, clean store with lots of new selections and incredible products. Customer service experiences vary; some staff are described as great, excellent, attentive, and incredibly helpful, while other service is noted as questionable, with employees not offering help. A military discount was not accepted, which was a disappointment. Overall, the products and helpful staff receive positive remarks, contributing to a good experience.

Cool , clean and lost of new selection , costumer service was great, cashiers mmmm questionable need more training but, not enough to get less than five starts , products are always incredible,we like them

Found a great pair of on clouds with excellent help from Davis. Cute apparel the only thing was it wasn’t entirely busy but I didn’t get offered and help or service from the two girl employees who just kept walking by.
