First let me say Susan is the best , Linda was so welcoming when I first arrived .. haven’t had much interaction with her lately but everytime she sees me she speaks . Ashley was awesome she was so understanding . Now , the apartments definitely are not “luxury” , even tho I haven’t had much problems until now. the gate seems to always be broken , recently my car was broken into and my things on my porch was vandalized , told management but apparently they don’t care .the cameras on the premises don’t work lol so there’s no safety at all unless you have your own . Had my bathroom ceiling cave in on me and water was EVERYWHERE , they just painted over it and stated they tested for mold but idk how cause all they had was paint and a ladder . My room smelt AWFUL , but that’s neither here nor there . My air filter Hasn been changed in months after requesting it , finally has been changed . You pay for trash valet service but every morning I wake up it’s trash EVERYWHERE . But my main concern is the safety , what’s the point of having a gate if it’s going to be open majority of the time . I really wanted to stay here long term but after having my car broken into , rent money stolen and I communicated that but STILL charged a late fee is just WILD to me . I love Susan & Linda but Finley west is not worth the money at all .

If i could give zero star, I would have. This apartment is Gone (Dead). It is not save anymore. The maintenance and manager open your door anytime they like including the damn pet control. The apartment is dirty roaches everywhere. Be Careful because they will come into your house with your approval. Will be suing them soon.

I’d like to start with the positives first before I really dig into it. Susan sincerely is the best consultant I have had the pleasure of experiencing. She is full of energy, adapts based on the energy of the client, and will always have an answer for you, good, bad or indifferent. And that’s pretty much it.To begin, I applied and was approved and was due to move in for 9/2/23. I had already had all services transferred and ready for the 2nd to include movers. The state the unit was left in (per the leasing office) they needed more time to make it ready for my move. I attempted to confirm my new move in date because I was told that it would be the 8th, but they would try for the 7th. I have now changed my transfer of service dates and informed my movers of the 7th, in hopes that the move in date would be on the 7th, or at least I would be notified greater than 24 hours. On the 6th, I was told that the keys would be ready after 3:00pm on the 7th, which worked out perfectly. I then received a call from the assistant manager, who I have never spoke to before other than my initial visit when she directed me to speak with Susan, on the morning of the 7th stating that she was calling to confirm my move in date of the 8th. After explaining that I signed the lease for the 7th and all services have been transferred and movers coming in the morning, she continued to repeat that the keys won’t be ready until after 3:00pm on the 8th. Unable to cancel the movers, I called to inform her that my movers are on the way, and I’ll be there to pick up my keys shortly. Well, let’s just say, my items sat on the truck until after 3, and the unit was in shambles! Leaking pipes, no, not leaking, damn near running. My neighbors knocked on my door asking me if I had water running cause their tub was filling up. A/C was not working! A whole roach infestation that I am still fighting with, even after they employed an exterminator. Among other minor replacements and damages. I also attempted to contact the management company, with no answer via phone. I now will file a formal complaint with the BBB and hope that they could resolve it before I step foot back in the office and demand a resolution myself.

Absolutely terrible place to live. No AC for over 2 weeks, our apartment is over 90 degrees and has been up to 96 degrees(as are at least 4 other apartments). Was told multiple times that the unit was repaired and it never was. The added heat and humidity only adds to the cockroach problem that we have been dealing with since the day we moved in. I cannot emphasize enough that this is not the place to live.NOTE: Susan is fantastic, and does her absolute best to make up for the issues the apartment has.

Came here looking for a new place and was met by Miss Ashlee. She was awesome. Greeting us with a smile and asking how could she be of help. She showed us the plans and what was available. It was a pleasure working with her and seeing what they had to offer.

You most defiantly get the luxury feel without the expensive prices. Ashlee the assistant is amazing she is very attentive and does everything to assure you are taken care of. Staying at Finley West was quite the experience. First off, we had a newborn a 3 weeks before we moved that was a light sleeper. The doors were so creaky. She would wake up almost every time we left her in the nursery. The kitchen area was small with basically little counter space. It's definitely different from the unit you'll tour.We had issues with the package locker when we first moved. Apparently, the manager would take packages and put them in the office without communicating with the residents or staff members. I would go to grab my package, and the lockers would be jammed or not be in the locker. Would then go to speak with the assistant manager Linda, and she would say contact the carrier. My partner witnessed this male yelling at Linda in Spanish in the office. She was trying to calm him down and listen to his concerns. I once asked Linda if she could check the other lockers just in case the carrier couldn't open the jammed locker and put it in another one. She said she didn't have access to do that. A few days later, it was the same issue. This day, she was able to open all the lockers, and my package wasn't in any of them. She told me to contact the carrier. Ups marked delivered in package locker . My partner was upset and went to talk about the package not being there. She wanted to know why she stated she couldn't open the locker on the day we initially asked, and now it's gone .She wasn't nearly as loud, cursing, or yelling like the guy was at Linda, just irritated. She told my partner that if you're going to talk like that, I won't be able to help you. Seems like one of those, "its cool when they do it,it's a problem when I do it" moments. The package would end up on our doorstep the next day because it was in the office. I went in on another occasion for a package that was supposed to be in the locker, and Susan checked the office and it was in there. The least they could do is send a message letting the residents know. They send out emails every month about residents not paying rent on time. Every email would say evictions will be sent out if no payment had been arranged. Send those to the people it applies to and not the entire community every month. I shouldn't know that is an issue there. There were stray cats that roamed the community. It smelled along the pathway to my apartments. We had a neighbor who was a dj and played the same beat all the time . Even at 2 a.m. I love subwoofers myself, but the beat was really bad and repetitive. I'm sure someone complained because we heard the police knock on their door at 3 a.m. once.I've never had an issue with pests while staying here. Granted, we were upstairs. The community was quiet for the most part, and I never had an issue with crime.Overall, I would say these apartments aren't the worst. Susan was nice, Linda was something, and we didn't really deal with Ashlee since she came a little later on. I definitely wouldn't consider them luxury apartments, just a decent place to live.

Susan is the best leasing manager in I have ever met. She is so welcoming, calm and hardworking. She made my move-in process so easy and less complicated. I recommend coming to Finely west. The apartment is nice and the management is really good.

I’ve been here a month and the everything has been smooth to say the least and anything that was an issue was taken care of in a timely manner. My leasing agent Susan made sure that I was taken care of before me signing my lease and definitely goes the extra mile after to ensure that my stay here at Finley West is a pleasant one.

Property Management Team is the best management team I've ever seen. Susan, Ashley, and Linda are all amazing and work very hard. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner.

This place is horrible…I dont recommend to anyone…they treated my friend like crap…the forced her to leave the apartment with no explanation….they went under new management and basically just kicked her out they always kept giving her the run around at first the told her she could switch units only for them to tell her never mind we need you out. Things were always broken, there is a server roach problem and they were blaming her for it even though shes had the roach problem since moving in. Management us horrible, everything is just horrible…please save yourself and dont move in here find a place that actually care about you rather then kicking you out and giving you the run around!!! If could rate this place a -5 I would!!!

Do not live here worst decision ever moving in here. They used to have old management when I moved in but couple months into living there new management came in they had an assistant name Steve an honest man & nice & caring. But there was rumors he quit because of the management. Linda will talk to you rude in anyway she can since she’s the “manager”. Wouldn’t even talk to me, I always would want to meet her in person and talk to her no she’s always stuck in her office yelling across the hall to Susan and she even would bring a chihuahua to work that would walk around everywhere in the office! Ashley who’s assistant manager has a nasty attitude and rude as well. Susan is just something else when you speak to her always forgetting stuff she even admitted that Linda was overpricing everything in the property. Susan would talk so bad about her but yet continue working there. This new management do not get nothing done. They say one thing then another. Truly sad how we had to end our lease living there. We were expecting to move to a bigger unit we even put a deposit down and Susan looses that deposit she didn’t know where she placed it and at the end we didn’t move to the bigger unit.We decided to leave and find a better apartment complex WHO CARES WHOS RENTING THERE.So many people got evicted from their homes was truly sad! The cost of living there is insanely crazy HOA fee. Having a letter at your door fee etc etc.so many apartments available but why because they evicted everyone from there home.Apartment infested with roaches, maintenance taking forever to fix stuff, apartments aren’t even in good condition to be overcharging. Please do not move here ignore this place as much as you can.

The only reason I am leaving a 1 star is because of Lizbeth at the time she was a leasing consultant. She had such wonderful customer service. I applied awhile ago and she was so nice to show me the property and be in constant contact with me. Unfortunately I didn't get approved, which is fine because I had wanted another apartment anyway, but my problem came when after I paid the $300 to process the application and all to get not approved they put a BILL COLLECTOR on me for the $300 I ALREADY PAID! I understand things slip in the office, but this was absolutely ridiculous! They wouldn't even help me get the collector off me. I had to literally send the collector the proof that I had paid them to get them to stop harassing me for the money I already paid. Make sure you keep all of your receipts of any money spent with them.
