Had a good experience yesterday (06/21/2025). Other locations could not squeeze me in (Houston Washington Street or Kingwood location). Their price was lower than the dealership and their competitors. The customer service they provided was excellent. My only complaint is waiting time for an oil change is a little excessive, but I will be back again!

Don’t waste your time, and spend your money elsewhere. Took two days for a basic maintenance check and change a tire. New issues kept coming up after a complete inspection was done! Was told 3 separate times to pick up my car and they were all met with unfinished work and new issues that were “just discovered.” Store manager needs classes in customer service. She was very unpleasant to work with.

I had a nail in my tire and travel tomorrow morning. I came in and they quickly fixed put a new tire on. I appreciate them for taking care of me quickly.

Paid alotbof money and my issue didn’t get resolved - I took it back and they still couldn’t fire out the main source of the problem, never going to a firestone again -

4 hours to mount one tire on rim and rotate the others wheels .And that having an appointment .
Watching others come and go while my truck sits outside their garage door for hours.

I've been going to this location for many years first I was bringing my Mazda they took care of me every step of the way now I have a different vehicle and they continue the excellent service not only towards my vehicle to myself as well even going the extra mile telling me of pointing out things that need attention that are not on my original reason for visit so thank you Firestone you guys are amazing!

Came by this week and guy in the front Jesus was very friendly. I felt like he actually cared about my problems with my car after another shop brushed me off and didn’t listen to my needs. Will definitely be back!
