Horrible service and scam artist, grandmother went there for a quick oil change, guy said they weren't busy but it took 3 hours. Then tried to upsale her so many things and its genuinely annoying, I convinced her to never back to these shady people. Stay clear and make sure any elderly family members don't go here. Slow service and horrible people.

I took my vehicle to this location couple weeks ago they told me I was gonna receive a call with a diagnostic and a quote the next morning. I had to call them after 24 hours because I did not receive a call from anybody they ended up telling me they didn’t have a ramp to check what the problem was so I had to wait one more day just for them to give me a price higher than Snoop Dogg. Definitely took my vehicle somewhere else where I paid not even the third part of what this people were trying to charge me.

Just Wow! Myron provided delightful customer experience. He educated me on products, services, and recalls. Leadership traits displayed through and through. Definitely an asset to the company. Great job management.

On 06/29/24 I went to Firestone. There was a guy with a customer for about 30 minutes we left came back.he was with the same female customer. I asked him if anyone could help us. I came Monday morning complaining to Luke supervisor. I drop off my vehicle to have it repaired only because my daughter get her vehicle repaired there. The service was okay it's the customer service in my opinion that needs to be more professional and the staff needs to know how to communicate.

I went in to get my AC Diagnosed and Fixed, They claimed it was my air compressor and just to be safe I should get a condenser and my freon refilled. $1,630 bucks is what I was quoted which I thought was fair. However, after getting my car back the next day, the AC ran cold for about 2 miles and then started blowing hot again. I turned around and had them look at it again. After looking at it for 2 hours and the mechanic taking it for a test drive they said it worked fine and nothing needed to be fixed. The Mechanic said he could not find anything wrong with it. Then on the drive home again, it blew hot again. It would not get cold at all. I think they did not do anything, just put freon in my system so it would blow cold until I drove away. It took a full month of getting escalated by customer service before another shop took a look at my car, after just a couple hours they found a fuse was overheating. After replacing that fuse it has worked perfectly fine. This shop took me for a $1600 ride due to incompetence and/or scamming. Do not go here for anything ever.

This location should be shut down. The Customer service is terrible. All I needed was air in my tire. The guy at the front was very rude. Did not provide any type of Welcoming customer service He told me I would have to wait because he’s kind of busy and he was by himself, but it was only two cars there and no customers in the lobby , He act like he didn’t want to help me . I waited 20 minutes before I left to see if he would ever come out and he didn’t, it was like he refused to serve me. Because I need air in my tire and I thought it was a courtesy

I have been having an issue with my tail lights, they keep burning out. I took it in and they said I need an expensive part. I approved the price and was okay with having the part replaced. For some reason they decided to try "rewiring" it instead and said I did not need the part (that I waited 3 days for them to special order). Saying that they were "saving me money". turns out they did nothing, I paid for "labor" but the light issue continued and now I am paying more to have if fixed properly. terrible service, total rip off. DO NOT GO HERE
Also as some others have stated here, I did not get paperwork so there is nothing but a page saying deposit and a charge.

Had an emergency and in desperate hurry. Josh got me in and out. Great customer service, in which I find very rare these days. I will definitely be back. Only 4 stars because of Firestone's outrageous prices on parts and labor. Give Josh a raise. ??
