Although very expensive, the work you do has a warranty and you stay open 7 days a week. Also, you are right around the corner from our home where we have lived for 30 years.

Visited today. I arrived late for my appointment so they had to cancel however still took me in as a walk in.
With my 2 toddler boys I was given a wait time of approx 3 hrs. (Only waited half that time)
Overall the clerks were very friendly and respectful. Front desk clerk asked me if they could have a balloon and she even played with them when she was not too busy.
We left for a walk and they just emailed me recommendations but did not push for extra things other than the alignment I asked for.
When we came back from our walk. Car was done and ready. Will come back here for sure.

They took care of my wife and her vehicle and everything I could possibly think of being that she has a trip on Monday. I now feel secure letting her go knowing that there will be no problem a with her vehicle at all

They all were accommodating and ensured I received the best deal/discount they had at the moment. Annie was a super star and if it was not for William and his impressive attitude I would have went to another place. I received outstanding service, was taken care of while waiting for the maintenance to be done and never once felt bothered by the time it took to do the work.

Thanks to the team who got my 18 Jeep brakes fixed. I’ve been struggling to get this fixed for about a month and the team fixed it for me. Great service and great communication.

I wish there was a 0 star option. I had to have my car towed to it after breaking down on the side of the road and I called multiple times throughout the day asking if they had a chance to look at the car yet and asking for a call back as I cannot afford to miss a day of work. They were clearly annoyed and blamed jiffy lube telling me that my engine had been completely flooded in oil and gave me a quote for a new engine which was roughly 6000 dollars before tax. THEY DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE ENGINE. I had it towed to a Nissan dealership that told me that I just needed AN OIL CHANGE!!! Absolutely ridiculous how blatantly they tried to scam me over this, I will forever tell everyone to avoid Firestone.
