I recently came here for a brake bleed service after replacing my brake lines. I paid $100 for the service, which I felt was overpriced, but I chose this place because they appeared professional and convenient.
While they worked on my car, I went to get lunch. When I got my car back, the brakes felt just as bad as before. I left and drove off in case it was just me overthinking. But after driving, i confirmed it was only mildy better than before at best. I called to request that they double-check their work since the brakes didn't seem properly bled.
To my disappointment, I was informed that I would need to pay another $100 for them to redo the service. They did offer to take a look, but I am confident the initial brake bleed was not done correctly as the issue remained unchanged.
Edit: I did the brake bleed myself again, and it turns out it needed just a bit more. I guess that couldn't be done at the shop after paying for the service.

Appointment for brake check at 4, showed up around 3, told they could not do it, to call at 5:30 to see if possible.

staffing issues/long waits but Oral and Anthony where very helpful in seeing that I got the right tires for my vehicles at the right prices.

Came in to get my AC checked. Angel at the front was very informative and helpful. He did not try to push me to purchase things I didn’t need, which I appreciated.
Jose who fixed my ac was also great. He showed me exactly what was going on with my ac and what I will need to replace in the future. He fixed my ac quickly and saved me from having to ride around in this Houston heat.
My over all experience was great and I definitely will be doing business here going forward.
