Every time I go to the store, I feel welcome. I don’t feel like I’m being hassled or forced to buy anything. I love that when I go in and get an oil change my service advisor Mark Vega always for inform me about what’s going on with my vehicle and always let me know what I can do and is always honest with me and if anybody’s looking for a new place to shop for tires or get any services done to your vehicles, I would recommend this Fire Stone and especially go see my boy Mark he will take care of you I 100% recommend going to this Fire Stone and I recommend you go and see Mark Vega

I want to give a shout out to this Firestone. I’ve been coming her since I moved her in 2017 and have always been happy. My SIL who knows everything about cars always reviews the quotes before I have work done and has never said not to move forward. I’ve always been happy, never had to bring the truck back.
But also, I was coming home from the airport in an Uber Black one night. The driver said, “Oh, you live near my Firestone. The ladies they have in the front—they moved to this Firestone, so did I. My vehicle is my livelihood and I trust them completely.”
As a woman, I’m always worried I’m going to be ripped off when I drop off my vehicle. Not here. And especially not now.

You have to be careful when you are going to align a F250/F350 truck to this location if your truck has a dual stabilizer! You loosen the screws to align it and don't tighten them and they get damaged! You do a bad job! A $100 alignment cost me dearly when I damaged this $560 part.

Took our car in for a/c replacement, recommended by Carshield. Said no problem,did diag. Told me what was needed to complete job.(oher things needed first). We can do it they said. Never received any communication from them unless I was to call . It's now been 5 days and nothing from them. They just missed out on over a $3000 repair job. Going somewhere else where they actually care. Wow.
