My son has attended FCS since he was 20 months, now 3 years old. Our experience has been wonderful. My son has always been taken care off. He has been through four classrooms/levels already and all teachers have been very loving and careful. The entire FCS staff and directors have been very supportive through all different stages my son has been. He LOVES the school. They offer a summer program every summer, that belongs to the curriculum where the kids enjoy summer activities and have lots of fun. We are very satisfied with FCS.

I couldn't be happier with First Christian School. I immediately felt a welcoming environment when I stepped in and the feeling extends with the children, faculty staff and families of First Christian.I found that First Christian School provided and excellent environment to nurture my children's love of learning and provide them with the proper tools to learn. First Christian offers opportunities to grow academically as well as provides extracurricular activities (library, chapel, soccer, gym, etc.) Their summer program is great as it is filled with fun activities for the children (puppet shows, splash days, cooking projects, bike day and more!) All these opportunities provide them with exposure to mature into well rounded individuals. One of the things I liked best about the faculty and staff is the length of time they have been with First Christian. I also appreciate that the teachers are the same throughout the day. This makes for an easy transition to school (especially for the little ones) when the children can recognized and create relationships with those teachers. The school is clean, and has great security and my children have ALWAYS been cared for appropriately. I am constantly referring friends and family to First Christian School!!!!

First Christian School is exceptional. Their teachers are kind, lovely and provide the best care for the kids. Several of the teachers had worked in the school over 20 years!! The principal, Mrs. Vanessa, is magnificent, very professional and her door is always open to students and parents. Both of my kids attended this school and I highly recommended.

Love the staff and the teachers! Everyone is so kind and warm. My son has learned so much and he loves going to school. My only regret is not putting him in sooner.

My child was left outside on playground near the Methodist hospital. He was 18 months. The patient knocked on the door near the gym and got an attention of a teacher who realized and let him back in the school.Needless to say, they are not detailed and focused on the kids.

We had to wait a little over a year and it was SO worth it. The teachers are very professional; First Christian School offers a very high quality program for a very reasonable price. Administrators are very kind and willing to help. I do recommend this preschool.

The director and the assistant director at FCC are very nice and warm. We were so thrilled to get a spot in their pre-k class. Unfortunately, the older Pre-k teacher was not very friendly. On the first day when we walked into the classroom, she just looked at us but didn't greet us at all. I thought we went into a wrong classroom. I felt so uncomfortable to leave my kid there. It didn't go better after that. She called my boy "blinking", asked him "why did your parents send you here?", told him " I am tired of watching you" when he was slow eating his lunch. My kid was totally stressed out by the unfriendly environment and refused to go to school. I tried to talk to the teacher. She said everything was fine and my kid was doing great. I have no problem with a tough teacher. But there is a difference between 'being tough" and "being mean". I don' think the pre-k teacher is qualified to work with kids. I transferred my kid to St.Paul's school after one month. Wow, what a difference. My boy started to smile again.

1.5yr waiting list, so get on it early. The hours are conducive for hard working parents, my son has access to almost everything a parent or child could request. At age two, he is learning everything from his numbers to the weather and days of the week. He goes to chapel, music, library, plays outdoors and in the gymnasium daily. My son even has a professional soccer coach and gymnastics bus that comes to him once a week each!

My two boys, ages 2 1/2 and 4 1/2, have been at FCS for a year now and it is wonderful. We waited a year and a half to get in and I must say that it was well worth it. The kids are happy and constantly talk about school; the atmosphere is truly global, inclusive, and loving; the school is well run, facilities are clean, teachers are wonderful. Moreover, the school offers a rigorous curriculum and both boys are thriving. I also have a horrible time getting my kids to leave each afternoon when I pick them up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
