I started bringing my 2yr old baby girl since February 2025. After a week in, she runs into Ms. Ada's arms every morning. And at the end of day, she cries leaving Ms. Dee's arms. Ive been by, now Northstar, side through thick and thin. Relocating temporarily, as I had faith they were going to pull through stronger than ever, and they did! Watching them endure all their milestones while keeping the children safe and happy was inspiring. At the moment, my 5 year old son is now attending their summer school program which has had some bumps down the road, but nonetheless was not obstacle that Northstar figured out and give it their all to make it fun and educational. I also have my special gratitude to the directors and teachers for always keeping me informed of their daily activities, meals, incident reports, learning progress. The teachers go out of their way to create a special bond with the children in personal ways that is heartwarming and recognized. Im so grateful to have found Northstar where my kids adore their teachers, and feel loved, accepted, protect all while having fun and learning!

We’ve been so impressed with how much our daughter has grown since starting at the school. The staff are so caring and supportive, and it truly feels like a second home for her. We also recently enrolled our 3-month-old son, and knowing he’s in such loving hands gives us so much peace of mind. We’re so thankful for this amazing team!

After being with this facility for 3 years, we made an extremely easy decision to remove our children. The intentional deceit from the director, lack of communication, and major safety issues forced us to look elsewhere. Please think twice and First Class and North Star

I am so amazed by how welcome I felt by Ashley the director. She really makes my days in the morning when I drop my baby off ! She also makes him feel so at home and i can so tell how comfortable she makes him feel I couldn’t ask for a better director ! And all of my teachers are amazing especially miss lizzy she is so patient and makes sure my sons needs are well taken care of. I’m so glad I went with first class child. I wouldn’t have made this decision with out the confront of miss ashley !

More than just a daycare - they help our children learn and grow. Ms. Giselle is patient and welcoming. She spends extra time comforting our kids when they’re having a rough day.

Idk even know where to start , This daycare had been nothing but a BLESSING for my children & i . I love Ms.Ashley & her staff , sadly we moved away so my kids no longer go here but when they did we were going through very tough times … they literally went above & beyond for my children & i ! Do you know for Christmas they threw my kids & i a PERSONAL party & provided all the Christmas gifts even some for me 🥺🥲 I couldn’t believe the love we received. Communication was always on point , anytime i had a concern Ms.Ashley was ON IT! I can cry writing this because i really miss this place ! Thank you Staff ❤️ we will never forget you 🫶🏽 oh yeahh u can literally watch your kids on camera 10/10!

Absolutely thrilled with the experience my child has had at School First Class Child Development! From the very first visit, I knew this place was something special. Mrs. Ashley, the director, shines with her passion and dedication to creating a nurturing environment. Her warmth and creativity make every child feel welcomed and appreciated.
The entire admin team is equally impressive; they are attentive, friendly, and always ready to address any questions or concerns. It's evident that they truly care about the kids and their development. I love how the teachers incorporate fun and engaging activities into the learning process, allowing children to explore and grow at their own pace.
What stands out the most is how my child comes home excited to share what they've learned each day—it's a joy to see their confidence blossom! I can't recommend School First Class Child Development enough; it's a fantastic community that feels like an extended family. Thank you, Mrs. Ashley and the entire team, for providing such a loving and enriching environment!

My daughter has been going here for a few months and she has made strides here. Making great friends with the other kids in her classroom and making progress in her overall learning process and journey. The daycare is very very clean and very organized. Everyone is in board and on the same page. I would recommend this daycare to anyone with kids looking to have a great experience and great learning environment for their children.

I would highly recommend this daycare facility to any family! Ever since the new director took over, there has been so many amazing changes and improvements here. I always feel so welcomed by the admin team and the director every single time I walk through that front door. The Admin knows every parent by name and this makes me feel so safe as a parent as they do not let any unfamiliar persons to enter inside. They have cameras in all of the classrooms and updated playgrounds/classroom furniture. They send updates throughout the day and even pictures of your child when doing fun activities! Mrs. Ashley the director and her admin team have worked so hard and come so far since taking over. If it weren’t for them I would have pulled my child from this facility. I give them the highest recommendation possible as I never have to worry about anything ever happening to my child as they also have the very best teachers!

We love Ms. Ashley and her staff (Giselle and Anitra)! They handle every single concern we've had and genuinely care and my daughter loves the friends she's made here. Ms. Ashley has such a kind heart and made a huge effort into making us feel comfortable in the transition from stay at home the first two years to trusting a childcare center.

This school is an ideal place for kids! A great structure, wonderful staff and positive environment! Fun activities always offered to keep kids involved in learning! Highly recommend if you are looking for a perfect place for your child to learn while having them at a facility you can trust, this is the place!

My son has been apart of First Class Child Development Center since he was 9 months old and he is now 3. He attends year round and each time he is transitioned into a new class it is done smoothly. This place has been instrumental in working well with his doctors as well as the family in the process of making him feel comfortable and getting him caught up with other kids in his age group.I enjoy the creative themes and activities the curriculum has to offer, which makes learning fun for the kids. It doesn’t matter if I am calling the office or walking inside, I am always greeted by someone with a smile at the front desk. I can tell it is a family oriented place and very professional as I have not had any rude or negative experiences with the staff. I especially love how the staff makes it their job to get to know each student’s name as well as mine. The changes made this far have reflected a positive outcome for my son. The staff make sure to wipe, spray and clean throughout the day to keep the kids safe and healthy. Speaking of healthy, they have begin serving hot lunch daily with menus in mind to promote good food choices. We were so set on keeping our son here, we drive 30 minute everyday so he can stick with the familiar faces and friendly vibes we get from this staff.

We started attending FCCDC in March 2023 and have been very satisfied thus far. The new director, Ms. Ashley, and her teaching and admin staff are all very kind, approachable, and professional. They communicate very well with the parents. We appreciate the effort put in to plan fun events and activities for the students. They have been doing renovations to improve the center including a new camera system and cosmetic upgrades to the classrooms, which is definitely a plus. They make it a positive learning environment every day for my daughter. I highly recommend!

My children have never attended this child care facility. I was calling to find out information about the summer because I have three children on NCI and the first time I called was in the afternoon I was told to call back in the morning to speak to the director. I called again this morning to speak to the director and was told that she isn't usually in until about 8:30 and asked to call back again. I was also told that they have limited space for NCI children and that the director has all of that information. I feel it's very inefficient to only have one person capable of answering questions about a summer program or about how many students are being accepted. Especially one person who obviously isn't there all day. I, personally, do not like the idea of the director, or someone with equal authority, not being present while the facility is open.
