Since all the managers from the beggining have moved to other locations the bank is no good anymore and it offers nothing and most of the time the hours are not as they say you will go at 6 and it says open till 6:30 and they are closed at 6 already saying they are having a meeting

I do business with this bank because my check get deposit on Thursday’s, but the customer service is getting worst on this bank, there is this Africa American girl that needs to do better with her customer service skills, she is not polite and make you feel like she is doing you a favor.

Very convenient hours, great customer service from Aranza, she is always a great help and even more so if it is in Spanish, she wants this headquarters.
