Went to cash my check, they were having issues and said i wasnt going to get my money until monday even though i had an account there, i was told it would be faster if i cash it elsewhere i went to two different places and they told me since i signed the check they cant cash it so now im left without money to pay my bills for their incompetence

I really like this bank being with them for about 4 years and I seen them grow ,but they still don't have an ATM where you can just deposit it only works for withdrawal, if you want to deposit you have to go inside or through the drive through,Then Now they have Zelle but for every transaction you have to pay $1 fee every time you use it when other banks is free. CUSTOMER service is nice .

I have been coming to this location for years. The manager (Mrs Harris) is the best. Jessica and Zuani have been so polite and helpful when I’m needing any banking assistance. I recommend this location to everyone. I can’t wait for their permanent location to open up.
