Very bad experience all the time they have a person serving and it takes at least 1 to 2 hours to get attended to

I had a experience with being in overdtaft for $66.89 and they charged me $34.00,but then in seven days they charged another $34.00. Iam living on a fixed income, I cannot afford that .
