Today I went to deposit and ask for a paper and the lady who helped me. What a bad way it is, it doesn't serve as customer service. Badly painted brown hair. Gorda and if you don't like your job, look for another one. Today I went at 1130am and it was better that I went to another branch because if they helped me, the one in HEB, this one from Kroger, if this one, she won't come back. Very despotic. And report it to the bank's customer service.

3 weeks ago. I was told I couldn't get notorized because the manager was not in. The lady touched my sister. This was so in appropriate. She was very unprofessional. So I went to the nearest branch where I was then discriminated against.

Online it clearly says it closes at 7pm. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come here. That wasn’t the issue. The employee they had still there wouldn’t even acknowledge I was even there. I had to go next door to customer service just so you could say they were closed.

The location inside of Kroger's on Telephone road, near Bellfort has the rudest manager. On more than one occasion I was given a hard time to cash a money order written in my name that I purchased. The manager told me I could not even deposit it into my account. On yesterday, she purposely helped other customers while I was waiting, and did not even greet me as a customer. She does not smile and always has an ugly look on her face. I was there to get a money order, and it seems that this manager believes she can be rude because of her position. The other tellers do not have the same attitude. How is it that the manager's attitude is so nasty, and she is supposed to be a leader/example of good customer service. By all means, avoid going to this location. Sometimes I will drive to another location just to use my bank. The manager at this location needs to be moved ASAP.

I used to enjoy going to this bank, but ever since they've replaced people i don't like it!! I arrived today, there were a few people ahead of me. Once it was my turn, the teller completely ignored me, i asked him to have it available for today. I went into my car, which by the way it was pouring, checked in the app, and NOTHING!! I had to go back out, asked Justin again, about having it available for today, he said he'll do it. I'm driving home, mind you i live far from this place, i get home, and my money isn't there yet!! I am furious!! Not only was i ignored, but he didn't do what he said he would!!!
