All the workers there are very pleasent and kind as can be they tend to your every need. The boss is the bomb dot com. He is very good at his job. Great team work at this spot. A big thanks to him and all his staff from the ❤️ Ms Mouton banker there

Everyone please be careful of this bank location.Don’t even bank with them! Find a better bank trust me. I went there for a simple transaction and the bank teller was constantly on her cell phone with my personal information out the whole transaction. Keep in mind the whole transaction she was rude to me in front of the new manager Marco. Imagine getting a money order and the person suddenly needs your social?!yet they already have your account information and so much more. She said “I can’t find your account; I need your social.” Keep in mind she had my account information. I refused to give this information based on the fact she didn’t need it.The whole transaction she was oddly nervous, shaking and avoiding eye contact.Yet could be actively on her phone typing and moving around the bank with my personal information! Once I saw this behavior I asked for The manager due to the fact the transaction was taking longer than usual. The manager came and told the bank teller to call the hotline.He walks towards the front desk phone and hands it to her to call. The bank teller refused and insisted on calling in the back. Where no one could see her with her cellphone!She then keeps coming back to front grabbing my cards and information for the hotline.Please keep in mind under no circumstances should the bank hotline be able to give out your social over the phone! Never should that happen. It’s not proper bank protocol!The most alarming part of this matter is she wrote it down on a sheet of paper! At this point I asked her where she got it and she stated “the hotline.” I politely asked for the paper with my social on it.... and she replied NO!I had to ask 3 time and was told “No I’m not giving it you.” The manager didn’t do anything to help this situation and the whole time I was In disbelief by the actions and procedures. Once the manager comes out the bank teller shouts “she thinks I’m taking pictures of her information!” Y’all please be careful I never onceaccused her of anything in fact I simply stated that you shouldn’t have your cellphone around important information. Why would that be her 1st statement out of all things... why would she argue and refuse to hand me the paper with my social on it ? I don’t trust anyone at this bank!She was clearly doing something and did not care until I noticed. Don’t come to this bank!The manager did not stop this bank teller from being verbally rude and disrespectful. This speaks volumes be careful!I made a report here as well and they didn’t even care about this alarming situation. Put your hard earned money elsewhere

I was discriminated on by the manager Javier Solorazono. Please don't use this branch. He wouldn't notorize my papers. He lied saying that it was a liability, untrue. The branch in acres homes notorized the paperwork. I will take this further. This is why people act out of character because I have been getting the branch to notarize for 6 years. Prayers to this prejudice injustice. I will be taking action on this situation. I want him fired.

I was in line waiting for 5 minutes while the workers were just chatting it up in the back . A guy walked in behind me the teller said okay sir I can help you . She started helping me and let him skip me .Why am I in line for if you just let anyone walk up . I’m so glad I changed banks last week . I’m tried of banking with this ghetto , unprofessional bank .

Horrible bank, I came back positive for COVID and called customer support to set up online payments and was told that even though I got the virus I need to go into the store to set this up. This is why the virus is spreading now! Don't sign up with this bank at all

Came right now at 6:05pm and they were closed already. Even though google and first convenience website states they are open until 7pm CST on thursdays.

This bank gives HORRIBLE and low quality service. D. Vaughn and her team need to learn common courtesy when dealing with their customers. My daughter recently had money stolen from her account which is already a stressful situation and it was compounded by the condescending tone of the staff at this location. I'm sure it's due to lack of training at the corporate level, since the district manager L. Benavidez lacked tact as well.

A bank that I go through absolutely love the employees they're always have the best attitudes they're always willing to help no problem whatsoever any question they answer it. And only a dollar to open up the account, not only that but my 17 year old was able to open up his own account without being undermined or my husband's account

This branch is poorly managed and discriminate against their customers. I called their customer service line and was told they cash checks for a fee if you don't have an account. But when I went to this branch the manager refused and stated it was her discretion. I asked if I could open an account but they still refused to even attempt. When I called customer service to file a complaint, the consultant only transferred me to that same branch manager and provided no solution for the issue. I will never do business with this bank in the future due to their poor customer service and clear discriminatory actions and I advise no one else does either.

Tired of paying bank fees? Well this bank offers two options to waive bank fees. Either keep balance $100.00 and up or use your debit card 10 times per month. Their cashiers are really friendly and it's convenient because it's inside Kroger's so you can bank and grocery shop all in one place.

Heaven sent god sent me right to this bank to the wonderful Ms Diamond and her team my whole experience was awesome from beginning to end she explained everything to where I did not even have to ask any questions about the banking process rules and regulations I am overwhelmed with joy and happiness is not everyday you get to run into wonderful individuals that really care about customer service I would give them a 1000% on their view vs 5 stars one happy camper
