They always display great customer service, the teller patiently and being tolerant cater to client request. They are always nice, cordial and very respectful.

Horrible! Was the absolute worst service that I've ever had.The older man that worked as a teller was very rude and wasn't willing to work with me or help me with my situation. I felt as though why be a teller if you don't know what you're doing? And will it kill you to smile? Gosh!

This morning I was standing in the ATM line behind two ladies one was using the ATM the other was waiting to use the ATM during this time a teller was talking to one of the women about her due date, Since he wasn't busy and no one else was there I got in line. He continued his conversation with the expectant mother until she left. At which time he continued doing whatever he was doing. He didn't say anything to me. He could have said I'll be with you in a minute or .... After a couple of minutes I left then he had something to say but I just kept walking.That is poor service. The tellers need to be trained

Usually service is with a smile, hello, and thank you. Unfortunately I wasn't as cute as the tall handsome law student being service by them all.Killeen , the teller, black women would like great customer service as well. Take a minute and focus on your customer in front of you.

The location at old spanish trail is the absolute worst. They constantly give out incorrect information, they are unprofessional and hand out mix tapes. Overall the quality of this location is horrible and I don't believe the employees know what they're doing which is highly disturbing.

Well I sure am dissatified with First Convenience Bank yeaterday I had money in my account. I went to the store tonight just to find out my account is -$27 in the hold. I have not used my bank card or spent any money since my last deposit last week. I am very unhappy with this bank Im done. Im going to another bank. First Convenience Bank stinks. Im done.

BE AWARE BY THE **COURTNEY** TELLER.. I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH FIRST CONVENIENCE FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH ANYONE AT ANY LOCATION. THIS LADY IS OBVIOUSLY NEW AND HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. TO BE HONEST IM STRONGLY CONSIDERING CLOSING MY ACOUNT WITH THE BANK BECAUSE OF HER. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE WITH EMPLOYEES SUCH AS HER SELF HANDLING MY MONEY. PEOPLE BE WARE ....

I have never had a problem with the employees. They were polite, pleasant and efficient. I've been with that location for seven years and have never witnessed rude behavior.

Store is good bank has attitude problems my wife and I have an account there but they wouldn't cash a check that was in their system 3 out of 4 times. It was 10 minutes to close and they were just lazy.
