I been a good costumer of this bank for years the cashier geve me a bill that was tape out i tell her i need a good one cause i was going to put it on a machine she completely refuse and act as she was very upset is sad

This location is out of my way since I live in Humble. And it's not located in the nicest store but the employees that work there are so nice!! Much nicer than the ones in Humble IMO. And the banking hours are really what keep me from switching banks.
