If you're black do not use this branch. They will put every check on hold even if you have deposited multiple checks from the same company, now this is a business account not a personal one and they only do it at this location , it's a shame I have to drive to bay city an hour and twenty minutes away to get a check cleared the same day. I so sick of being treated like a criminal at this location

My wife went in to deposit her check that she received from her job today June 1. And Karen Ayala was asking to much personal questions. “Is this your 2nd job?” “Is this from a new job.” I don’t understand why she has to ask all these questions, which are not her business. Karen, ma’am please do your job and just deposit the check. Horrible customer service!

I came in today to deposit my first check that I got from working at Days Inn. The lady who assisted me, Karen Ayala treated me horribly and made me feel uncomfortable! She was asking me all these personal questions about my job and she questioned me about my check. She then proceeded to ask why it was the first check I ever deposit. If I could give this no stars i would! Horrible experience

Absolutely the worst service ever. I paid a 3.50 dollar ATM fee and needed change for a 20.00 and the teller refused because I didn’t have an account. Really?!?! Now I can guarantee that I will never have an account with this bank and I will let everyone I know about this.

Service is always friendly at this location and opening my account was easy. It is just not convenient. Their ATM does NOT accept deposits, not check or cash- even though I was told it did at the time of opening my account. I really wanted to like this bank but pretty much any transaction you make has to be within the banking hours plus their customer service line can take up to 30mins just to speak with an actual person. Too inconvenient.

The bank some days have only two people on the busy days of the month and the line goes out the door. Then someone open an account that's leaves only one person working the front counter. This get very insetting for the disable and the senior that have to stand in line.
