I should have looked at reviews before I started to deal with them. A US Veteran is trying to get home. He's been bed ridden recovering from sepsis and a amputee. His daughter who is fighting a terminal illness has been trying to get his funds released from the VA to get home to his family and daughter. They have given several requests which were all full filled and they locked the account. Yes, VA Social Workers helped. Sad and disgusted how they treat a man who served that is just wanting to get home. I strongly recommend BEWARE OF THE INCONSISTENT DIRECTIONS AND POLICIES.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! This has to be the worst bank ever! Nothing but problems since I opened this account and customer service is rude and uncaring! Took my money and I have a disabled grandchild but they don’t care! I’ll be closing all accounts with them immediately!

WORST bank ever, they raised my overdraft after telling me i had partial overdraft and took my entire check. They still keep charging me for overdraft fees after they said my funds couldn't be used. Yall will be seeing me Monday.

I was helped by the assistant branch manager diego today, he was very kind n patient. Took the time to resolve my problem, he called customer service n took care of my claim. Thank u mr diego for ur help, this is a good bank will tell friends to come visit u for bank account

I gave 1star I wish I could have gave 0 because the Assistant Branch Manager Diego Morales Cordova is very rude he didn’t speak to me at all when one of the bankers told him I had to ask him an important question he looked me in my face and turned his head like the look on his face the way he looked at me and the way he handled the situation I closed my bank account and left I don’t wanna bank at no place like this where the branch managers looking at you like why are you here and go smile and talk to the color of his skin I can bank somewhere else where I would be greeted nicely once I’m seen and don’t have to feel I’m getting treated different or even looked at different because I’m not the same race

The assistant general manager is terrible( Maria) I had to talk to the general manager whenever I see her she did apologize that's the way to take care of customers yall don't even got atms in California, las vegas really but other than that employees are nice but one time i hear under reviews that bank is pushy employees want to make those $6 with new accounts signee lol
