I was helped by the assistant branch manager diego today, he was very kind n patient. Took the time to resolve my problem, he called customer service n took care of my claim. Thank u mr diego for ur help, this is a good bank will tell friends to come visit u for bank account

I gave 1star I wish I could have gave 0 because the Assistant Branch Manager Diego Morales Cordova is very rude he didn’t speak to me at all when one of the bankers told him I had to ask him an important question he looked me in my face and turned his head like the look on his face the way he looked at me and the way he handled the situation I closed my bank account and left I don’t wanna bank at no place like this where the branch managers looking at you like why are you here and go smile and talk to the color of his skin I can bank somewhere else where I would be greeted nicely once I’m seen and don’t have to feel I’m getting treated different or even looked at different because I’m not the same race

The line is out the door with ONLY 2 employees working on a very busy day right before Independence Day. These Banks really Need to Upgrade ALL their ATM system to accept DEPOSITS Afterhours like other Banking establishments especially when lines are long... this is such an INCONVENIENCE!!!!

I am currently being waited on and this young lady is not very nice. She isn't making any effort to give good customer service, no smile, no update, paying more attention to what others are doing with their customers than she is to me. She isn't wearing a name tag but the card in the window says Selena Potter.
