The worst . Always busy and never enough people working. If you’re in a rush ! Don’t come here. Don’t ever open an account with them. Any check you try to cash , they assume it’s fake and only want to give you a certain amount and keep the rest on hold. Had them for 5 years and this shit happens every time I take to take a paper check . Closing this account. And even the branch manager is rude. Like your messing up there day. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT !!

Great experience, they R very friendly professional and helpful 👍 the location is very busy all the time,is a good and convenient bank they are located in a good point in the neighborhood .If u want 2 open an account this is the correct place. Faviola is very professional and she have a lot of knowledge.

Dont come to this bank i had been waiting for 1 hr already tru drive thru the ladys just having their talks and we people have to wait till they done talking staff suck even if i go inside the store to the bank they take to long just to help someone need more reliable staff and professional not this people here on work time taking about what they did on the weekend etc

I have been banking here since 2018 and have experienced discrimination on numerous occasions with the tellers at this particular location. Fabiola Palermo trains her tellers to discriminate against young black and brown Entrepreneurs who do not fit the profile of how someone should look or carry themselves according to their own personal opinions vs what their actual policy states. I will be closing my account because it is a constant reminder of how black and brown people continue to discriminate against their own and show lack of respect for anyone that does not meet their expectations. To have Christina Ouetvides give advice to the teller (Brisa Aburto) that was assisting me, “IF IT WERE ME I WOULD HOLD THE CHECK FOR 5 DAYS”. This let’s me know that she was basing her decision on her personal opinion and NOT policy. I feel for anyone to base their decision on personal preference and not policy is totally unacceptable for any company. However, this is the culture and training that Fabiola as the branch manager allows and trains her staff to do. I pray for future customers that they will not have to feel as degraded and embarrassed as I was.

This location sucks.. well at least the ppl working there now. My advice is don’t go through drive through… they will NEVER give you a chance to say what you need or want before disappearing!! That’s a FACT
