I highly recommend Will and Holly from First Imperial Mortgage. Our situation is significantly complex and our first lender told us he couldn’t fund us, a few weeks after telling us we are approved and we have selected a house. Will was recommended by one of the group members from the Bigger Pockets group on Facebook. After we heard the news that our initial lender couldn’t do it, my husband and I looked for lenders everywhere! I’m a 1099 and my husband has no FICO as he’s been debt-free for the past 2-3 years. So yes, we are not the greatest catch. However, we are so lucky to work with Will and Holly! They’re honest, direct to the point, and thorough. We will definitely work with Will and Holly again for future endeavors!
