Hats off to the employees for trying to keep up with the meas people and their children leave. A lot of stuff waa out of stock, but it waa Aunday evening. The employees are always kind.

I recently visited this store on North Freeway and was extremely frustrated by the self-checkout situation. This location boasts a large number of self-checkout lanes, easily more than six. However, on my visit, almost all of them were turned off. Only one, or possibly two, were operational, leading to significant congestion and wait times.
It's baffling why a store would install so many self-checkout stations only to render them unusable. This defeats the entire purpose of self-checkout, which is to provide a faster and more convenient shopping experience. Instead, it created unnecessary bottlenecks and added to customer frustration.
The lack of available self-checkout lanes forced many shoppers into long lines at the few open registers, negating any time-saving benefits. If the store intends to offer self-checkout, they should ensure that a reasonable number of lanes are available for customers. Turning off the majority of them is simply unacceptable.
I hope management addresses this issue promptly, as it significantly impacts the overall shopping experience. Until then, I would caution shoppers to expect potential delays at this location.

I went yesterday morning and I said hello to one of the associates as I walked by and she just said “uhh uhh”. Then I went to the counter waiting for my turn .. same employee just ignored me. The counters all state wait for associate for assistance , I was waiting while another associate helped other clients. After a few minutes , the associate turned back at me and looked at me very rude and just made a face and pointed to the other self-checkout. They need better service and a better attitude. I could of been rude but I like to treat people kindly. I just cant get their actions out of my head.

They’re ok .The workers don’t let u take the survey at the end of ur transaction they give themselves the highest score they don’t let the customers do it .

I left a bag in the store called to see if I left the bag in the store 15 minutes before they closed a was told they were closed when and hung up the phone in my face.

The district manager Harvey is unprofessional and does not conduct himself as a member of corporate office. He was yelling at employees in the store!!!!

It’s 9:41 in the morning you guys open at 9:30 I’m pretty sure the line isn’t out the door to the point you can’t answer the phone kids are in school and it’s not the summer time anymore

This location is terrible. Everything is disorganized. More than half the shelfs are empty and no product. The 2 employees here had no customer service skill. Listening to music with profanity during hours of operations just lets you know what kind of crowds are present.

Well changed my review from 5 stars. Continued to go back and I have a crossbody bag. Smaller a dang purse she kicked me out bc I keep my medicine in there. She wanted me to have it up front "just down there" and not watched..and then everybody yelling at me. I have disabilities and I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Found d another 5 below off Kirby! Way better and staff was nice..leaving them the better review! Thanks

The service is very good.
It is the first and last time I buy in this store, I came for some cables and a fast charging charger and neither of them work, poor quality in their products, better to go to the Dollar Tree.
