I just waited outside this store for 15 minutes- the lights were on so an employee is clearly there but the door was locked. Very unprofessional.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The employee ringing me up at the self check out rang me up for some snack that were showing up online at half the price but a different price in store. I believe the employee checking me out was new because she had to ask another employee (I’m guessing a manager?) if she was able to match it and ended up telling us the employer stated she was too busy to do it. I let her know I’ve always had it matched no matter how busy it was and asked if I could have that employee’s name since they weren’t wearing name tags. The cashier told me they weren’t allowed to give names out. I’ve attached a picture of the employee who stated she was too busy to help us. Overall, avoid this five below as it seems this lady had multiple complaints about her. I’ve always came to this five below but after this experience I would rather drive farther to another one or go somewhere else completely.

There is a very good assortment of almost everything. But it's needed at Hello Kitty. There are no halls on t-shirts or party things.
