Bought some headphones there and it was broke when I open the box should’ve been aware of the condition when I seen tape around the box, but when I returned it, it was no hassle and they gave it back a full refund

The higher-ups may not read this, but I want to share my experience from January 10th at around 7:30 pm. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I only interacted with two employees, both of whom had rude, unprofessional attitudes. They were rolling their eyes and exuding negativity. The cashier was unpleasant, slamming my items onto the register without saying a word. She had her headphones in and made my boyfriend put the basket away. It was a truly horrible experience, and I have no intention of returning. Five Below this the kind of people y’all hire?? Seriously do better

The store is clean and in good shape, but unfortunately, both the manager and the people at the register have really ugly attitudes. As soon as I walked in, they’re yelling over each other and announcing loud as hell to the whole store that one of the employees are new, Talking to people with attitude, asking them to wait and speaking over them. As I was leaving, I was trying to assist a lady that didn’t speak English clearly, And the young lady helping her with short orange hair, Seem to have also an attitude that I was assisting in translating. When I told her the lady wanted a discount because the item she was purchasing was broken, she said “okay well tell her it ain’t even worth it cause it’s only a dollar she’ll be getting discounted” and then huffed and puffed with attitude responding with WELL now she’ll have to wait for the manager. When I shared with her that it caused stress to people for them to be yelling over each other across the store, She simply said “well that’s your opinion. We don’t accept bad vibes here.” As she continued to talk over me and say comment under her breath when I was walking out. Definitely don’t think I will be coming back to the store due to poor customer service. :)

The door is locked in the middle of the day and there is no sign letting you know they are closed. They waste peoples time.

I went there with my mom to buy some things real quick because we thought they closed at 10 and it was 9:27 pm. I mean yes they were about to close but hadn't even close the door, they literally let us in but they didn't even let us buy our things in peace they were being constantly annoying that they were about to close. Didn't even give us 5 min. I think I understand that yes they were about to close but you have to respect your clients like we are doing you the favor to buy in there. There was this stubborn girl that works there telling us that they were about to close and even counting the time. And what makes me even more mad is that she was trying to look nice in a hypocrite manner when talking to us in a disrespectful way. Like common even at McDonald's they give a way better service. Change your workers!

Crew members are lost don't even know what they carry and what they don't and they don't have cases for Samsung they made me waste my time guiding me to where they said they had the cases just to find out later they stop selling Samsung cases,we'll shame on you five below.
