Hello, my name is Timya Benson. I Was a recent employee worked at the five below at Summerwood under Latoya Johnson and I was fired due to me having a illness and was trying to get in contact with The manager at the time and I got ignored. I don’t recommend anyone to work at this place because Latoya Johnson is very unprofessional. She is very rude when it comes down to her employees, not only that I tried to contact her on the date of my sickness and try to let her know what was going on and even came into the store to talk to her and now one time did she even acknowledge me at all, knowing that I was trying to get in contact with her and tell her what was going on and how we could move forward.

I love this place! It is one of the few places I can take my child and let him pick out what he wants without being broke afterwards. The customer service is great as well!

I went in today about 2:15 and on my way to check out I over heard what I guess was the manager on duty chewing out and employee so loud! on top of that while the store was full of people! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I understand correcting an employee but please do it in private or when there’s not customers in ears way and can hear you belittling someone!

I haven't shopped at this store in months and Sundays. We popped in looking to find a 6 foot phone charger for an iPhone and they had one in stock, What I wasn't a fan of is self checkout while it may offer a resemblance of convenience I would rather not be a customer and an employee simultaneously

Not impressed with management and customer service. We had multiple associates who would not restock an item that was present in the back room because they “were too busy.” These are items my daughter wanted to purchase and neither associate was busy with other customers. We were told to come back later. Very disappointing.
