The store manager Elenaee is extremely rude. She give us a bad attitude. My son 1 year old just touched and held the water gun. And she was right the way to request us to go the playground. She announced the fiVe BELoW rule is no try or touch unless you buy the item. This is the first time we've heard that rule. We love shopping at fiVe BELoW, but not this location.

Rude store manager Elenaee! My kid was playing with the toy that we were intended to buy for him. But Elenaee told us he cannot play with it, if he wants to plays, go to the playground. I couldn't believe someone would be that heartless to a child. We will never come back there.

I was there this morning n was pleasantly surprised to see the organizational magnificence of this store. All is in their place e prices that matched at the register. There I was assisted like nowhere else in any store in Houston in years. They also carry groceries! Of 5 stars I give them 10. Thank you.
