I am so disappointed at this 5 and below an employee there name Amanda was so rude and she needs to be trained on customer service all I had was a simple question and she just laugh at my face . I didn’t want to write this review but I felt I had to let the management know how rude of an employee she is .. I asked her to speak to a manager and she said no one’s there cares what I have to say . 5 below you need to better employee training and Amanda you should be ashamed being rude to an elderly lady . I’m 75 years old and was just wanting to buy something for my granddaughter . 5 below she needs better training … my granddaughter called her rude Amanda . For a child to say that . It’s not right …

I heard Five Below was a level up from Dollar Store. I do not believe this is the case. There is a good amount of items that are $5.55. The cashier was polite but other than the customer service I don't see myself going back.

every employee is so rude for no reason here. i wanted to know the price of a item because everything in there is so unorganized i go up to a lady with highlights and i politely ask her if she knew the price of the item she looks at me up and down and says “no they’ll tell you at the front” and keeps doing whatever she was doing on her ipad. i say okay and walk off. when i was in the register the cashier was so dry didn’t talk to me until i asked her what the price of a item was and to ask me if i was paying cash or card. she hands me recite and i snatch it from her. don’t come here, it’s not worth it. it’s a disaster in there and they clearly hire anyone.
