Great staff..but my lord..it's self check out y'all..not let me scan and u just...not the best strategies...there is room for this in the budget..You get a...ur manager will get a better bonus but either way not worth not buying a lot bc of this..but heck..what do I know..y'all employees are nice and organized store...Managers actually do a lot of work here..I'm stop now..5 out of....5

The manager is so rude! She wandered around the store ranting about how no one has manners and it would kill them to learn some manners. She told a customer who went the wrong way through the line "they have a damn maze you are supposed to walk through" that he was going the wrong way and next time she's going to "make him go around and do it right" 😳. Why do they have 6 self checkouts but won't let you check yourself out 🙄. Then she was yelling across the store for another worker, several times before using the handset then yelled at the worker when she came up that she didn't have her handset on.
The store is clean and well organized but the management is terrible. I'd hate to work there.

Nah because what I FIND CRAZY is that they have the AUDACITY to rate themselves 5 stars every single time someone checks out. Do better let customers express complaints if they have them and stop telling your employees to rate themselves on things they didn’t do. Not fair for the store or the customers at all.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Went there today and got racially profiled and accused of stealing. Two cops approached me out of nowhere and asked if I was with a group of girls because a manager named MARTA OR MARTHA lied on me and allegedly said she seen me stealing and that I was with a group of girls that were also stealing. This is not even true because I wasn’t with a group of girls I was there with my mother and I for sure don’t need to steal anything out of no 5 below. Me and my mom then had a conversation with the two cops then asked the manager what race was this group of girls and she said black. Me also being a black female and getting falsely accused of stealing is just wrong and proves that she racially profiled me. Me and my mom then left our items because I won’t be purchasing anything out of a store that thinks I have to steal from them. And on top of that be falsely accused of doing so. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this location.

You can buy beauty products, toys , games, school supplies , workout equipments , headphones,loudspeakers, lunchboxes etc from five below . prices start from 1$ upto 5$. They have more items like pillows, bedsheets, wallspeakers , headphones etc...Prices are upto 25$.

This Karen is terrible, she was bothering and following my son. And my family and kept bothering them. I advise you not to go to this five below because of the terrible employee, her service is bad and she kept bothering and following children and she won’t let them enjoy their time playing with toys. Worst employee, I recommend not to come to this five below bad service. And bad employees

We have now found the mist disgusting filthy Five & Below store in the US. It is an embarrassment to the corporation that owns it. All but 2 shopping carts are full of merchandise. Items all over the place. Trash throughout the floors. If a person from their corporate office was to cone here 2day they would close this store do a. Till it was appropriate for customers to enter. 1 cashier but no other employees in sight
