Parts department is slow & doesn’t know what they’re doing. 2 separate people attempted to help me but couldn’t after trying to give me the wrong part, when I brought that to their attention I was met with confusion and silence. I then took it upon myself to check for the part number and it took me less than 10 seconds to locate where it clearly had print reading “pt #”, I was then given an ‘updated’ part number with the old part number on the same page. Both of which were wrong. On top of that an Older man in a blue shirt thought it would be smart to yell at his employees in front of customers, someone should tell him that yelling at your employees & purposefully embarrassing them in front of customers doesn’t really help with customer or employee retention.

One person on the counter and he was talking and talking with his friend a customer other 3 people looked like they were stocking shelves walking around in circles then I asked for a bag for my three items and the guy just handed me the bag I was expecting him to bag my stuff for me

Love coming here but not when i get 1 of the females! I ask for Cat I get Baldwin. I ask for a box of bungees and get charged $120.00 i don't think so. A box has never been that high never! Nobody sells them that high not even a truck stop! Guess I won't come back to this location again.

Simply the best experience I’ve had somewhere for getting a part. I came to get a muflap and from the receptionist to the owner to the mechanic who got the mud flap for me, they were all fantastic and welcoming. Alvaro was the mechanic and he was funny and just a really good person at heart.If you need anything truck related, go to these guys. Thank you so much gentlemen!

Prices are never set one day you buy one part for one price next day you go get same part and is different priceAnd front counter service is gone bad.You can be standing up in line and service people just stay In their phone instead of helping you.
