Went in there to buy 5 pieces of wood today when i bought 4 yesterday and lady wanna tell I can’t buy it and I have to buy the whole box or just 1 piece when your policy on your website says a maximum of 3 pieces but whatever I literally don’t need like 30 something pieces of wood all I need is 5 like I don’t understand why you are acting like I’m going in there and robbing you all i’m trying to do is buy wood and I’m a paying customer like what also fix your attitude like you were so engaged in your conversation with your coworkers you didn’t even pay attention to checking me out until someone pointed out to you like that’s not good customer service yall should have a team meeting and really assess the quality of your customer service have the day you deserve lady :/

I really like this Floor&Decor location. The employees are always nice. They always greet you when you entered. George Sargent and Jeremy ( I hope I spelled his name right) are very nice. Jeremy was walking by doing his duty and I stopped him to ask for an item location, not only he told me where it is but offered to take me to the exact location. George and Jeremy helped with loading the heavy tiles on my carts and the truck. I gave them some tips as an appreciation but they refused to take it. (Would love for them to take it though) I hope all the stores have this kind of customer service.
