Do not use floor and decor for anything. These people are grade A morons. I've tried to change my pro account email more than 5 times and they can't get it right to send me a receipt. I ordered $4k in floor leveler. It was supposed to be here last Friday. It never showed up. They rescheduled for the following Friday. Which means I'm paying for a rented mixer to set on my jobsite doing nothing. These people are beyond incompetent. I don't understand how it's so hard for them to do such simple tasks like pecking on a keyboard.

Best store manager, Michael was extremely helpful and helped myself and my family out of pickle. The entire staff is super friendly and solution oriented. Thanks a lot!

Victoria Green and Allison were so friendly and even offered me a bottle of water. They did a great job getting my order processed and loaded onto my trailer. Great customer service at this location! I will definitely continue to purchase here.

Best floor and decor I’ve been to. Very clean and organized, supplies are neat and mostly undamaged, staff was available and very helpful. Even the general manager stopped to help us and provided great input.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Victoria at the Dacoma location and she was an absolute pleasure. I had no idea that Floor and Decor partnered with Toys for Tots and Victoria shared her personal story with me. As someone who once received toys from Toys for Tots- to work now for an organization that partners with them- it was easy to see how proud Victoria was. She would be a phenomenal spokesperson to impact her community and speak from a place that those receiving toys could relate to!

Large store with a pretty extensive assortment of marble tile, but don't go here looking for large-format stone or porcelain, as that selection is very limited.

Terrible customer service. If you have a return or need to pick up an order on the “Pro section” be ready to spend your whole morning or afternoon. They are extremely slow, directs crew that never comes, they don’t know store policies, etc.
After waiting for 40min for somebody to process a return, they said their system was down and couldn’t even help me take the products and process the return later.
Will never come to this store again.
