7:42pm is the time when a family tried going in and this footlocker closes early. We didn’t even try to get off since they didn’t come open for customer at the door. They close at 8 but apparently not, this is not how you do business

Came to this footlocker didn’t buy anything and the one item my daughter had she put back and Alex was in the back room when that happen it’s obviously he always watching for thieves instead of customer service when he came from the back he ask Miriam did we pay she told him no he immediately called to the big foot locker telling them the lady with a kid was coming there and we had took something. I went back to his store recorded as he told me he had footage and called the police but why when she never had nothing they so use to pumping fear being cocky and lying. In fact spoke to his manager Denisha and she said she watched the actual footage and she witnessed my daughter put it down. Footlocker we need answers why are the customers being treated like this and label now that been him and his family he would be upset

Staff was amazing !!! As soon as you walk in they are greeting you and asking how they can help!! Ebonie was very helpful by finding shoes and a jogging suit to match as well as shirts on clearance!! Very pleased with the selection and how clean the store was !!! Got both sons some shoes and clothes to match !! Was in and out in less than 15 minutes !! If you’re looking for kids shoes this is the place to go to !!!
