Places that can not answer the phone agitate the hell out of me. I don't have a phone at the moment nor a car from a crash, when I call looking for something its cause I NEED to know before I leave. That way I dont waste an 4 hour going somewhere I don't need to. Gosh I hate companies with bad customer service

We were not greeted at all. I was looking at the women shoes for a good 10 minutes but no one came up to me and asked if I needed help or anything. As I was walking out the store this white couple got greeted and immediately asked if they needed help.

I was here recently for the release of the Jordan 4 RM Nigel Sylvester on 8/8/2024 and I was waiting in line for the 5 Pm time for first come first serve after waiting since 3 PM, and it was almost 5 pm when theres a altercation in line with 2 people, got out of control to the point that the manager shut down the release despite having 8 pairs left as the manager (Luis) stated they can't sell any of the Jordan 4 Rn Nigel Sylvester, despite after the altercation I see one more customer picked up their pair despite being told they where gonna stop selling, makes me fed up since my time was wasted, and then I was told by the manager since I wasn't part of the altercation to come by the next AM 9:30, but now I came today and was told they are selling any of the pairs and wait for their "Boss" orders to see what they will do for the left over pairs, really not good of an experience especially just trying to buy a shoe on release day.

After I asked tracie to give me a moment to produce a name on whom the reservation was under, she waved me off goodbye and walked away.
And upon telling Tracie she was rude all she could say was bye. Too old to be that bitter, but I get it I wouldn't wanna be 50 y/o sales associate at footlocker either

It's sad to say but this another business ran my Black people and they open and close when they want to. I left work early to make it to the store by 7:30 arrived at 7:28 the girl see me walking up and close the door right in my face. Footlocker do better!

This location stays extremely busy. But thanks to Alaziah, I could find exactly what I wanted and the correct size. But all the staff are there working hard to connect you with the right shoes and accessories you need.

Service was super slow. The store was not busy when I requested service.. I kind of expected the ladies' section to be larger. However, I understand that this is not Lady Foot Locker that's probably where I need to go to to find the shoe that I'm looking for.

Its ok..hit or miss..most new shoes or clothes there are limited sizes..no need to go there looking for a specific item..better to go and just hope you see something you like and hope they have your size..this goes for clothes and shoes

Walked in and waited 5 minutes and was never greeted nor asked if we needed any help! S/o to A Sneaker City Houston for their phenomenal customer service! I was willingto pay more to receive great customer service! This location will NEVER get a dime of my money ??
