Dirty Old Ripped Stained Flawed Shoes! Workers are worthless and rude! Don’t expect a Shoe size & Only 1 shoe to try on 😒 any help even tho the place is empty and theirs like 7 workers! Can’t even see how the shoe is going to look! Always a Horrible Experience! I’d suggest the Northline Commons or the mall! Only came because it was raining and couldn’t drive too far!

Please please foot looker company needs to come check how the manager is treating female costumers..Sad really sad how I came to shop with both of my children..Manager instead of being helpful he literally made me feel rushed before purchasing..a costumer needs time and patience..We don't want to be feeling rushed:(Only because I'm a female being by myself with both of my kids you are going to treat me bad:( we all come from a female doing even know how we came to this world and to be disrespecting a woman..Is not not okay!

to who ever own this footlocker off the north freeway, this location is rude overall! I went in to enjoy my time shopping, I asked for assistance for a particular Air Force, the young Hispanic lady never asked me if I wanted to try on the shoes or asked if I want to get a feel with the shoes! I knew I wanted the shoes! She told me if I wanted the shoes they will be at the front counter, yet I still was not able to try on my shoes, until i kept getting rude assistance from each employee! The shoe I was looking at was on sale for $69.99 they tried to ring my shoes up for $74.99 then got mad because I corrected their mistake. The Hispanic cashier did not take down my information the correct way, nor did I receive my receipt that day, I was told it was going to be in an email never came! So I decided to take the shoes back the next day and all of sudden they’re remodeling the building! Speak with some manager named ZOE his attitude was a bush off at first but he then told me to come back Wednesday! All I’m trying to say is IF YOUR GOING HIRE PEOPLE HIRE FOLKS WITH BETTER ATTITUDES , unless the store gets robbed and your store is fearful of that! Well it shows! If you guys had actual certified security then your work environment would feel safer! GET IT TOGETHER

The attention from the girls at the checkout was very bad, they seemed rude and repellent to me, I was going to open an account with this store, they asked me for my phone number and then my email and I repeated twice that my name was not spelled like that and it seemed better to ignore me and demand that I make the payment without opening the account, very bad service

Terrible service, the super distracted and rude employees, made fun of the shoes we chose. While we wait at the cashier to pay the employees in the back dancing very funny.
