Pitieuse is very helpful, patient and friendly. Unfortunately the 2 pairs of custom orthodics did not work for me. Piteuse went out of her way to help me with the fit but nothing worked. There is no refund on custom made orthodics so I am out about $700.

Overall a great experience at Foot Solutions, and I will likely be back for more pairs of shoes. I’ve been having foot pain of late and the representative, Alex, discussed my symptoms, did a foot scan, and patiently guided me through numerous shoe and insert options. He noted the benefits of a customized insert, but wasn’t at all pushy about it when I declined for an over-the-counter option.One note — I showed up on a Monday and they were closed; there was a sign on the door saying their hours had changed. Went back on a Wednesday and the great service made up for that inconvenience. Would just recommend calling the store to make sure they are open if you’re planning to make a trip there.
