Unprofessional and unpleasant experience with them. If it was up to me I would tell you not to bring your car in for service here but that's not my problem. Read all the other reviews and use your own discernment.

There is a reason why this place has two stars. I'm so thankful I never purchased my car here. I took my bronco to get the the oil changed and a tire rotation. They quoted me one hour. Four hours later they called so I could pick up my vehicle. They only did the oil change and never rotated my tires, even though they asked me for the lug nut lock. I had called them over two hours after I dropped my vehicle off to check on it to which they told me they were putting the vehicle in the stall at that moment, clearly they lied, because I never received a phone call until two hours after that.Upon picking up the vehicle, which was well before they even closed, the associate never informed me what service they performed on my vehicle. He handed me the paperwork and asked me to pay, and that was it. I absolutely will never take my vehicle back to this spot and would rather drive my car all the way out to Katy (even though I live in town) in order to get my car serviced. I have attempted to call the service department at quick lane 17 times a day to which no one has answered the phone. At this point I am no longer surprised as to why people are so upset about this location hence why I gave it one singular star because there is not a zero rating option.

NO STARS...that's the rating I give, none, zero, zip! I am sorry I ever bothered to do business with Mac Haik on Katy Freeway.1) New car purchase they messed up the vanity plate registration which requires an onsite visit to the Tax office to correct.2) At My last service appointment the rep informed me my cruise control needed to be replaced and would cost $2,000 - I refused. (still working)3) The service manager called after I gave a bad review online and offered a free service call if I WOULD REMOVE IT!Learn from those who have been burned...AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

Over the past 2-3 weeks I've called 4-6 times to schedule my truck for service. I've left 2-3 messages and they have never called back. When calling they transfer you multiple times and you never get in contact with someone. I'm sure some people use this location, but if you can't take a simple phone call and schedule someone or return a call you need to rethink what your doing.

Found a truck online for a good price at this Mac Hiak dealership. Drove 5 hours to get there. Drove it, loved it. Got numbers with add ons $2k more than advertised, and offered a lowball for our trade in. Disappointed and left. Three days later the salesman, Sebastian, reached back out asking if we'd found a truck. Told him no, still looking. Conversations/negotiations continue. Evening 4th day after we'd gone home, Sebastian, offers the truck at the internet price plus TTL. No trade in. Morning 5th day, puts it in writing, screen shot the offer and sends it to us. He says if that is acceptable, we don't have to sign, just reply back our acceptance in the email. We did. We have a deal. We make arrangements to send the down payment, finance docs, and time to pick up the truck. That afternoon we receive an email from Sebastian that the truck had been sold 4 days earlier, and the deal was off. WHAT? FOUR DAYS EARLIER?Shocked and disappointed is an understatement. Nothing to be done. We moved on.The next evening, feeling like something was "off," we went back online to their dealership. To our surprise we found that very truck reposted for sale at this dealership for $6k more than the original post that we responded to. We did a screen shot to preserve what we were seeing. Same VIN, same mileage. Called the sales manager, Kyle Sample, the next day asking for an explanation. He told us we had an opportunity to buy the truck the first time we were there, and missed out, and are now just complaining because of our own regret. Kyle completely ignored it was his sales person that reached back out to us, negotiated and sealed the deal. I asked if he could explain how it was possible to negotiate a deal to sell a vehicle that had, supposedly, been sold 4 days earlier. He said "he could't speak to that." He denied that truck was ever reposted. I offered to send him the screen shots, texts and emails. He refused, and told me he didn't need our business and hung up on me.The level of deceit we experienced, we really had no idea was out there. These guys are the ones who give car dealers their notoriously bad reputations.

Ford is TRASH. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD CAR THE REST OF MY LIFE. 2 weeks out for service? They have their noses held high and don't give a flip about customer service. This is the second bad experience with these incompetent people. I'm done.

Since I can no longer post a review on the Mac Haik Ford website I decided to post on YELP. I was given a call by the Customer Relations Manager and asked about my previous review with Mac Haik Ford's service department- after having to repeat myself with the same information that was on my first survey I was told I would be given a call back Monday 04/03 (to see what could be done about my unsatisfied visit) He did not reached out to me till Tuesday 04/04 by text because I was in the middle of a work meeting and could only text.I was told I would be given a refund for the check out fee ($173) I paid at the time of my vehicle pick up- but FIRST I had to correct the "Follow up Survey with a yes and excellent." With that being said, it is obvious that this Mac Haik Ford location does not care about their customers, I was put through stress, inconvenience and bad customer service- and in order to receive a refund I was ask to take back my honest opinion about them and my experience. I owe Dodge (2014), Chevrolet (2022) and Cadillac (2019) vehicles besides my F150 (2016) and I have never experienced issues with a service location like I experienced with Mac Haik Ford- Katy.I was being bribed in order to give an excellent review. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. It is not about the money, it was about the service I received. That is not how you make things right with unhappy customers.

Buncha B*llsh*t - It costs $173 for them to plug a code scanner into the truck and diagnose why the check engine light is on!! At the end I payed $173 for Mac Haik Ford to MISDIAGNOSE my truck and said it was a catalytic converter issue. Read on to see how they managed to screw up.1 star because its the lowest amount I can give. 1 additional star because Kevin the service rep was very prompt, courteous and he had great communications with me.My truck's extended warranty covers me up to 150,000 miles. Of course when you buy the truck, they'll upsell you on how great the extended warranty is and "you don't want to risk it" etc etc. Cool, I got the extended warranty.Fast forward to last month where I had two issues on the truck to figure out, 1) the check engine line was turned on and 2) I knew I had a leak somewhere since I can smell smoke coming from somewhere. Since I have extended warranty on my truck I went to Mac Haik since it was just down the highway from me. Kevin was my rep and let me know that my two issues (Listed above) are two different departments responsibility. Since we're not sure if the leak is what is causing the check engine light to go off, I would have to pay a diagnosis fee of $173 for a technician to see what its about. THEN see if its related. If its NOT related, then I would have to pay ANOTHER $173 fee to have the other department figure out where the leak is. It also could have been possible that their SUPER and MIGHTY extended warranty they sold me may not cover the leak fix. This some major b*llsh*t.I reluctantly agreed to see what the check engine light is about and Kevin made me initial right next to the admission paperwork to agree to that stupid @ss fee (You know sh*t is about to go down when people do that). I leave the truck and get a call back later to say the check engine light was about my catalytic converter. Kevin says extended warranty won't pay for it and it would be somewhere between $1200-$1500 bucks. Right now catalytic converters are on back order since people be stealing it. Nothing they can do to make them produce it faster states Kevin. He also told me he'll send the truck to the other department and see if the leak can be identified and see if extended warranty will cover it. Luckily, Kevin called back few days later to say the leak was fixed and the warranty did cover it and I just got to pay $100 bucks my "deductible". (Which in its own right a b*llsh*t thing too). However I was on my own for the catalytic converter since its back ordered. Payed my $273 and took my truck back.I took my truck to chinatown and asked a mechanic to take care of it. Turns out it WASN'T my catalytic converter but rather my engine thermometer that needed to be replaced. Chinatown mechanic charged me total $600, which is way less than the $1500 Kevin told me I could possibly get charged. It could have been covered with warranty as well. Well Mac Haik managed to mess that part up. Ridiculous. Does a restaurant charge you a fee to order meal? Do Librarians charge you a fee to help look for a book? Then why the hell does a STEALERship charge you a fee to see why the engine light is on. You don't have to rationalize, its stupid. Do yourself a favor, visit AutoZone and have them plug in their code scanner for FREE if all you need to know is why your engine light is on.

Had to have an engine swap as part of warranty service. When I got the car back, it was covered in greasy hand prints, inside and out. I asked them to clean up the mess and they said it wasn't their job. Talked to the service manager inside and he acted like I was trying to scam them into doing a free detail. My car arrived dusty but in good shape -- I got it back looking like it had been in a junk yard for 5 years. My hands smelled like grease and the knobs were slippery as snot. Cost me $75 to get the oil stains buffed off my paint, and scrubbed from steering wheel and interior doors.

Absolutely the worst service experience. Had an appt at 7 am for a recall item (told would be very simple) an oil change/tire rotation and as luck would have it, a battery replacement as it ironically died when I arrived. Three hours later and I'm still sitting here. Recall done but still waiting on the other two items. When I inquired about when it would be finished it was "they are working on it". I asked how long would not had taken if I hadn't had an appt and the response was that it would be here a couple of days. What??!! Incredibly ridiculous. Will find another dealer around Houston to future service my vehicle. Customer service is lacking here. #makhaikford

Brought my F150 in for service recently. Needed a front and rear brake job. Dropped it off in the morning at Quick Lane. Nick was my service advisor. He called later and advised that I also needed to replace the lug nuts because of swelling. He quoted me a good price and I told him to proceed. I needed a lift to work and the service manager said they had discontinued this service during Covid but said he would take time out and drop me off at work. Nick was very polite and deserves special recognition for his efforts. This is my first Ford and I was looking for a dealership to establish a relationship with going forward. I first tried AutoNation Ford but after my first experience, I will NEVER go back there again. I asked a few online forums for users input for another option and I received over 75 comments about AutoNation Ford and they were all negative. I did receive a comment about recommending Mac Haik Ford so I decided to give them a shot. Glad I did - I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone looking for great service with a professional attitude should consider Mac Haik quick lane service and remember to ask for Nick.

My Explorer needed some service, this vehicle has been rock solid since I got it, a most dependable transportation medium. But after 50,000 miles brakes needed to be replaced, along with some other items. The cost was a quite steep for brakes and rotors (over $1,500), but I paid it and drove it home. I heard a funny knocking noise from under the truck but I got home and figured I would look at it later, in the morning I drove to work and to my great surprise half way there in traffic my brakes fail and I cannot stop. When I finally get pulled over to an abandoned parking lot going uphill the car stops. After getting my wife to bring me a change of pants I called Mac Haik and told them their brake job was subpar. They did come get me with a wrecker and after diagnosing it I was told one of the rear calipers mounting brackets broke and the caliper was not attached anymore. How does someone break a solid piece of metal that is used to stop a 4,000lb vehicle?

I love my 2021 Wild Trek Bronco but this dealership is terrible. I was lied to and sold packages that were deceiving in the initial sale. "Lifetime warranty" of bumper to bumper warranty and additional maintenance pack was REALLY up to 75k miles OR 7 years whichever comes first. The staff blames most problems on COVID and the car shortages. My phone in the bronco overheats if left in middle charger console and there is a recall on my vehicle. After calling the service dept 10x leaving a message to get an appt and no one calling me back, I called my sales guy who told me he would look into it and then went on a cruise and I never received a call. I called for another month and left messages and then finally escalated to the GM who after 3 messages had someone call me. I was told I needed to get on a waiting list for another month to get a loaner. Cool, I'd already waited 2 getting someone to call me back. Then, the day before my appt, I am notified that there is a new policy of collecting $250 deposit for the loaner. I ask why when they can verify my insurance. They said it was in case my insurance refused to pay and this policy REALLY helps THEM out? Again, cool. Why don't I collect $250 from you while my Bronco is in the shop in case your repair guys F it up? Then we can call it even. Wtf? After a very annoying phone call w two staff members inadequately able to explain the policy in a manner that was coherent, I asked for the GM to call me. I love my Bronco but the aggravation of dealing w this dealership almost makes it not worth it.
