Todd was so helpful!! He literally made my day, there was an item that was showing up as available in store online and I wasn’t able to find it, he took the time to search the entire store and find me the item I was looking for. I <3 TODD!! Big fan!

well i haven’t been here in years bc im now in my thirties but im sure they have plenty of cool stuff n exotic wear. F21 usually kept the cutest socks n slippers. i really loved the collab limited edition stuff. kodak, patrick nagel, us postal service .. cheetos ? cute stuff

Had barely any selection of plus size clothing. A few racks. Way to be inclusive forever 21. Half the population is over a size 16 in pants.

I don't have words for how my experience went this afternoon. Took our daughter back to school Shopping and never have I felt scammed in my life than this first moment. The attendant was rude, but i had a full bag of items And then a couple dresses and more stuff on hangers that didn't fit into the bag. I handed her the stuff outside of the bag and then the full shopping bag. She rang up the dresses and vests and put them in a bag, asked me if it was two transactions and I said no. Then she proceeded to dump the shopping bag on the counter like I was disturbing her time and shoved those items in a different bag. I don't know where our first shopping bag went, and by this time my daughter was talking to me, I paid and my daughter grabbed the 1 bag and we left. She only placed one bag on the counter with our receipt. We got home and we are not only missing items, but she rang up 1 item 3 times, an item that isn't in the one bag we had. We are missing $85 worth of items!!! I will call tomorrow with the receipt transaction number, time, and service agent name and see what they do. My daughter is super upset, about her missing items and I just feel Scammed! Like she purposely kept the items and is going to process a cash refund with my items. She was super shady. Ugh. I wouldn't expect this at the Galleria!!!

On my trips to Miami, this store does NOT matter where it is located, it is one of my favorites...I know what I want, what I choose, and what I buy,...everything is already planned in my shopping booth. Well stocked, everything in order, attentive staff...and affordable prices... Luck and success for the company. ?.
